Could always just be the Amaray (site error) though? You've got to be in it to win it.

I don't know if this has been posted already, but the search tool sucks. Fix it.

I love the film but is it going to be worth getting on Bluray?

I've looked at DVD reviews for a few different editions & they all seem to agree that the original film isn't of great quality so the flaws show up badly on DVD.

Would that mean Bluray looks even worse?

I really would like a HD version of the second movie, first movie is always on TV.
#9
Good price..... very tempting.
Next year is the 25th anniversary, so its just possible that a new package with extra bells & whistles will be released.

This review seems to think it's better - http://www.dvdactive.com/reviews/dvd/highlander.html and all the others I've read so far give it a good review, compared to the DVD, for the price I think it's worth go. In fact I've gone for it myself!

not bAD, though its been a bargain around this price a few times now..... just thinking of giving mine away.... as its a good movie but nothing quite worth this price... cold from me..

by the way ... i voted hot...lol.... even though i think its a cold offer.. i got it cheaper ...lol

by the way i did prefer the limited edition immortal edition which is double disc and looks really good on a upscaler :))

25 Years !! I remember going to the cinema to watch it. I love this film, I will order in the morning (pay day !) This would be one of my 10 desert island films I'd take with me. Just hope the Blu ray treatment is up to scratch, heard mixed reviews, hence waited for the price to come down.
Heat given.

Fixed now.

Just thought it was funny seeing someone listing 5 copies of the Blu-ray for double the Amazon price just as this deal was posted on here.

If I see any copies get sold I will cry :(

Just watched this last week with my youngest, he was amazed he had never heard of it, although he knew the tag line.

For £8, I think this is a great deal . .Heat an Rep.

Here's another review of the Blu . . . . . . .

Strewth! These offers don't last long - gone after hours and perhaps minutes! I expect the ordinary disc is/are the same and it's just the tin that's different - anyone know for cert?

Not voting hot or cold as I already have it, but lets just say that some movies are better left (and enjoyed) in the memory.
