Russell Mulcahy's original saga of immortal Scotsman Connor Macleod, one of a race of immortals who can only be killed when beheaded with a sword. After living in peace for four centuries, he is challenged by an old enemy named Kurgan. During a fierce sword battle in the 1500s, Connor MacLeod, a simple Scotsman known as a poor fighter, is mortally wounded -- but he does not die. MacLeod learns from the mysterious Ramirez that he is of a race of immortals. These rare knights never age and never reproduce, they can only meet death by the blade of another of their kind. Leaping back and forth through the centuries, MacLeod once again meets the evil Kurgan who nearly killed him 500 years ago.

What's so different about this edition apart from the tin box? Yes, I am a massive fan.

I died and awoke many times during the sequels.

What does 'INCOMPETENT' mean? What does 'BAFFLED' mean?

Yes Highlander 2 is considered, by me, to be the worst film ever made. When you take into consideration that this film had the same director main cast etc, big budget too you wouldn't think it possible to make a film so dire that Ed Wood would be embarrassed by it! And anyone who wants to mention the renegade version, that is also shockingly bad, I actually bought it with a tiny grain of hope that it would fix the drivel that is Highlander 2, how naive was I?!?

BTW HOT.

If anyone ever asks you a bullet to the head or watch "Highlander: The Source" aka Highlander 5........take the bullet honestly you'd thank me for it later!!

Good Queen CD with it - with a great (previously unreleased) extended version of One Year Of Love.

That's funny. And very true. A pill would be nice. Why didn't they stop at the first film? Have any of the sequels and TV franchises made any money? Having said that, I did get into the TV series once when it was aired on FX.

I agree, i didn't think they could get any worse than Highlander: Endgame, how wrong was I.
The anime version of Higlander isn't too bad if you're a big fan (Highlander: Search For Vengeance £4.99 on Play.com)
