The OH and me got a pair each today, seem very comfortable and a nice wide fit. Worth a punt at £15.99 to see how long they last.

Thanks for the post. Think they'll last enough to do the 3 Peaks in 24 hours?! Well only one way to find out :p

question is will you last? I know i wouldn't.
If the boots fall apart in the first year you can always take them back with your reciept for a refund.
Their refund policy is what gives me the confidence to try their things, nothing to lose really.

I've had a similar looking pair from Lidl for about 3 years, they're a bit on the heavy side but comfortable and incredibly tough.

I've been wearing mine around the house for the last hour and they are very comfortable. I expect they have improved the design from 3 years ago as these are quite light, but feel very solid. The ankle support seems good, and it's not going to hurt if i accidently kick a rock.
Hoping to give them a good try out tomorrow along the cliffs and quarries.

Bought some today - along with some walking trousers and socks for him indoors :)

Let us know how you get on with them on the cliffs :)

OH and i gave them a couple of hours trial walking this morning, and both happy to report no rubbing, sores, or blisters, and no sweating of feet either.
Early days, but all good so far.
