It appears as discontinued at Amazon

Older model with high 180W power consumption, the newer 55" 3000/5000 series is made far more energy efficient being rated at 108W/115W, good price though.

Is this model better than http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/hisense/55m3300/hise-55m3300 £499 or 55M5500 £549 with 6 YEAR GUARANTEE INCLUDED.

Not sure the M5500 is worth the extra £50 over the M3300, both are newer models than this set and receive firmware updates.

They look like a pretty poor and somewhat unknown company to me! Would rather spend a bit extra for peace of mind

They are on Amazon & reviews seem fine

I'm getting the M6600 from Amazon for £459.99 instead
