They didn't for me.

The guy hit me with the, JL is only 5 years and Currys/Argos are only 1 year.

Couldn't be bothered arguing so just paid the extra £20.

Email Mr Richer they're not supposed to argue back like that, what's the point of having a price promise if they're going to weasel out by moaning about warranties.

JL might "only" be 5 years but I'd rather deal with them in the event of a claim than RS

Its a like for like warranty so rs won't price match .6 years is market leader so would pay the extra all day long ,A lot of TV develop these line faults after a few years so getting a 6 year no hassle warranty is a no brainer .You can download a VIP voucher for another 10 off .Mine was out of date but rs never quibbled and took it off price .

I'm personally really enjoying this TV for the money!

Agree with the above comments, call your nearest RS store and ask if they have stock for this model, best 'bang for buck' deal around.

Always seems to be a Hisense TV on offer.. maybe it's like the popular sofa selling place, always on sale?

Hi there,

I saw your comments on the thread and was obviously concerned to read you’ve had a recent poor experience with our of our branches.

Customer Service is paramount to us so it’s of course disappointing to read of any occasion where we have a dissatisfied customer.

So that I may investigate and resolve the matter to your satisfaction would you be so kind as to PM me with more details?

If any other forum users have had specific problems please feel free to also get in touch privately.

Many Thanks

I own this TV picture quality is great downside only 1 4k useable HDMI so if you have sky Q and ps4 pro you have to basically use the ps4 at 1080p supposedly fixed by update that has been coming for months.. also arc port doesn't work with my LG soundbar. had replacement TV does the same.. just my issues with 2 m3300

I don't have any 4k devices but want to upgrade to a bigger TV. Is there a benefit to buying a 4k one like this or should I just get a decent 2nd hand HD 1080p TV off eBay for less than half price...
