  Beware of ebuyer's returns policy, folks.
  I recently returned a faulty item back to them, followed all the procedures they prescribed, printed out a label and affixed a stamp that I purchased from the post office. While they refunded me the cost of the item, they refused to accept that very stamp as proof of carriage cost! They demand a fax of the postage receipt - something that is not mentioned anywhere on their returns policy, and asked me for proof of postage.

  5400rpm drive inside like DX3. the Pro and the USB2 model have a 7200rpm drive.

  Add 2 year warranty and usb3.0.

  The best return/replacement policy is and will always be from amazon lol. But ebuyer is quite good too (I am sure ur item was free 5 day delivery too and u got it within 3 working days :P), I have bought loads of items with them in the past ,did a few returns also. Best way is to photocopy the postage receipt together and staple it with ur rma details and drop it in the package u returning them.

  Was this deal discovered by the poster or did they just look at the comments I made early yesterday on the £79.99 listing from weeks ago, asking the mods to reduce the price as I had seen it for £74.99?
  
  It was good of Ebuyer to let me know they had reduced the price of the item on the very day my £79.99 one arrived.

  I saw the £79.99 deal but didn't see your comment regarding the reduction to £74.99, so I posted this as a new deal. Have you asked Ebuyer if they will refund the difference? They have done this for me before.

  Ebuyer and "reputable supplier." in the same sentence....really.
  
  From spam advertising offers to being sent second hand products as new, and their "you can only say nice things about us" forum,
  Reputable is not the word I would use.
  
  Sure you can buy the same drive elsewhere though.

  This has a much bigger case than my seagate go-flex drives, presumably better ventilation. So far so good and my WDTV seems to recognise it quicker and easier than said Seagate drives. One thing really bugs me though - this thing never seems to power down, the light is permanently on, even many minutes after last use and it isn't spinning.

  The reason they're bigger is because it doesn't have a separate power pack. That's much better for carrying around.
