Excellent find! £10 cheaper than Screwfix.

I think the Screwfix 3.0 Ah battery I posted the other day for £20 fits this if any stock left?

I'm after a drill for very occasional use (diy) but didn't want to spend more than £50. Any ideas.

I got a cheap one from Argos yesterday to put up a few bathroom bits, did the job pretty well http://www.argos.co.uk/m/static/Product/partNumber/7112953.htm and also bought the 70 piece drill/driver set http://www.argos.co.uk/m/static/Product/partNumber/7003691/searchTerm/Drill+bit.htm

Paid full price for this at B&Q. It's a decent DIY drill/driver. My batteries take about 40 mins to fully charge. Great price for the kit with 2 batteries. Heat.

Nice price for a good name with a 3 year warranty and good reviews. Bought today thanks OP!, just what I needed.

Excellent drill. I have hammered mine in the last 4 years with a complete house renovation, put in a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 large decks outside, a garage conversion (wall studding, raised floor etc) 3 built in wardrobes and many small jobs - the drill is as good as the day it was bought. Second only to Makita (whose batteries cost an arm and a leg) IMO. Much better than DeWalt's equivalent offerings. I paid £100 for mine and it was money well spent.
