Excellent price, I bought this pack from Screwfix when it was about 120 or so and thought that was a bargain.
#5
Bought one of these last year for £99 ... it is soooo good I bought another one. Use them everyday.
Highly recommended. The battery seems to last forever.

One's a hammer drill, the other isn't.

Very good deal though. Like the previous poster, I bought one of these (hammer version) last year for £75 and was so impressed, I got two more from the Screwfix deal a few months later.

Top quality, very much recommended at this price.

great price.Hitachi power tools are realy good.
#16
good deal if you need a hammer and non hammer drill. Personally speaking I would buy a one drill with a switch !

Haven't found the need for both at the same time, well not yet anyway

It is a good drill, I bought one from B&Q for £99.
The only negative comment is that I find it difficult to get a good grip on a drill in the chuck.
I use a Makita at work, a similar price drill and the chuck on that seems better and doesn't seem to slip as much. Anyone else notice this?

I went to the Newbury Park B&Q after work today to pick up one of the twin packs.
Unfortunately I'd misread the deal. I thought that for £99 I'd get a Hammer drill, a drill/driver and 2 li-ion batteries.

It turned out that the deal was a single drill with 2 li-ion batteries for £99, or a Drill / driver twin pack with 2 14V ni-cd batteries for £99.

I ended up getting a dewalt hammer drill / driver with two 18V Ni-Cd batteries for £84.
I thought that the Dewalt was a cracking deal!

Damn got my combi one on its own for about £80 last year and its a damn good little drill for the money... And for this you get the drill driver too! And I could really have done with the two recently!

Got up at the crack of dawn to get one for my Father Inlaw, hoping the the "today only" Sticker " was a marketing ploy only, but all gone and now replaced with the 14v twin driver pack. They still had the 18v with two Li ion batteries for £99. Doesnt seem worth it now.

i went last night to see if the hartlepool store had some, nope.

ended up getting the dewalt 18v one for £84 and a makita drill/screw set for £20

Try kitchen fitting. I regularly use 3 cordless drill drivers. saves so much time changing bits.

Thought this was a great deal but shooting out to my local B&Q on Friday in Southampton, they only had the £99 single drill offer, boxes of those.

I had the Hotukdeals page up on my iPhone, showed the guy running the tools section and he said he had not heard of this deal. In fact he even called the Newbury Park store and his oppo there had not heard of it.

So let me get this straight, like others I have read this original post to be the two drills plus batteries and bag for £99?
#27
Yes two drills one 18v and the other 14v it was in the Today only offer. I went back to Newbury park the following morning but all gone. And they were replaced by the two 14v drills pack and a Single 18v for £99.
So I went for the WORX in Argos ebay instead for single 14v with two batteries and kit for £38.
