How much are Bluray RW discs now?
is it 50Gb or 25Gb per hours recording, seems excessive to me.

I suspect a 2 gig SD card would record about 2 minutes of high def!

Review suggests discs are much smaller 7.5gb and very costly. Review is not good so would advise against it but still a good price if your a techno freak.

i'm sure this uses 8cm BD Discs - so it will be 7.5GB per disc.

This camera is pretty poor, it reviewed badly when launched and has been a big flop for Hitachi. Price is OK, but Comet have been trying to flog these off cheep instore for ages.
