How do you decide if a chicken is *Emotionally Stable*?

There are several ways to find out. The most telling method is to ask some basic questions such as 'Were you here before the egg?'. Another telling question is 'Why did you cross the road?'. The unstable chickens can be observed to be running around their unlit barns singing 'bird is the word, bird is the word' until they die from exhaustion.

I had a couple of eggs yesterday that weren't off, but they tasted pretty awful... the chicken must have been a right nutcase!

Hot from me.

I know this family run production business. They are freedom food approved and observe standards higher than EC law require. Hot from me!
