I used my points a few weeks ago to get 4 nights in a 5 star hotel in Dusseldorf. Couldnt believe it as it was £130 per night usual price!

You can buy points on theiur site as well to top up your card fairly cheaply (up to 20,000 points in a year).

Was meant to end on 1st september but didnt for some reason!

Not sure where you are looking fella, follow my links and I'm sure you'll be able to book a room. There are limited places so best be quick, but I have booked several rooms and certainly haven'y had to pay £100 up front, all the rooms I have booked have been cancellable. The £32 is as alchemista suggests 5000 points at £6.22 per 1000 = £32 :w00t:

HiroNakamura, I think the deal is just until the end of this year, but give it a try, you never know

Can the points be used at any UK Holiday Inn hotel?

Thanks for this, I was even aware of the scheme!

how do you find out if the hotel is participating in this one night for 5000 points scheme? the standard number of points is 10000, which works out as more than it would cost for one of their cheap deals.
