True. I don't see people buying large amounts in my local store. Never seen anybody spend more than £10 in one go. It's then only usually for odd items you can't get elsewhere.

Agree with the previous two comments so cold. Before you consider buying from H&B or Boots, look online at websites like Zip-vit, justvitamins or simplysupplements any of which will beat this H&B offer.

Asians spend a lot of money there. They believe anything that is on the label.

Re: ether707's comment, there are laws regarding accurate labelling on packaging. The implication that some people according to their heritage are more gullible than others is racist. Re: Spending money - I have seen a lot of bodybuilders in H&B spending large sums. I don't buy Plodging's products but some of the stuff may work out cheaper depending on the weight, e.g. the mentioned Lindseed flax 125g is £1.25 or 500g is £2.99 and you can get the latter one in the penny sale. I accept that full price items at H&B are more expensive than web suppliers but when they have an offer on, it may be worth checking out.

Take away the penny sale promotions and H&B are ridiculously expensive . And the linseed is 250g at home bargains for milled . Check out the price of H&B milled .. Nearer £6 .. Amazing this shop survives. More money than sense shoppers , simple as. And Re body builders.. Protein / whey isolate is far cheaper online .

You don't look hard enough in Boots. They do a cheaper non label generic of paracetamol.
