Ready to use mix.

Saw it in store at Crawley (Horley). Not sure whether it is available online or at other stores

HOLTS ALL SEASONS SCREENWASH 5LTR
* Non - Smear Formula
* Clears Traffic Film & Deposits
* Removes Insect Deposits
* Your vision from the car is obviously important smeared or grubby windows can lead to poor visibility, particularly at night.
* Use a glass cleaner, such as Simoniz Glass Cleaner, which has been specially formulated for use on cars. * Glass cleaner cuts through fly squash and road dirt which would otherwise cause dazzle and glare from car headlights.
* It also removes tobacco film from the inside of the window.
* Use the glass cleaner inside and out and don't forget the rear view mirror, door mirrors and headlights! * Simoniz Glass Cleaner has no abrasives so is also suitable for use on heated rear windscreens.

"Ready to use mix" ie it is diluted already. Seems very pricey to me. Better off buying concentrate

It may just be me, but your post says use for inside the windscreen? Maybe Im wrong, but my washers are on the outside?

I usually use tesco/asdas own concentrate, its cheaper than this. Unless of course Im out in the highlands then I use the pink stuff that claims to go down to -25. Brrrr...

That's a lot of money for mostly water. Ridiculous to transport it that way to the store and for you to take it home. Maybe it's a good deal compared to normal price but that doesn't make it a good deal in real terms.

Picked up 5L of carplan super concentrate £2.25 + VAT. Makes up to 50L according to label. Local cash & carry open to public http://www.day2dayonline.com/

Like their meat, and poultry, this product contains water. Not a good deal at all.

This contains water. Well done Einstein.

I prefer to carry water and concentrate in two containers. The water can be used for topping the radiator and washers - and washing my hands/bird sh*t/headlights etc

Given your knowledge of energy matters elsewhere (re oil filled radiators) you should know better than to carry unnecessary weight around in your car. It takes energy (fuel) to move it!

Sorry for the double post.
Can't win with these forums, someone always points out the negatives. Anyway, some people might find this handy because they don't know their fractions.
