Eurocarparts is a rubbish company. Had 12 conflicting emailed replies to my complaint. They are just ignoring me now. Wrong and damaged items were promised replacement, but eventually just refunded - however that's no good when bought on a good "deal". Their Customer Service is a joke, manned by robotic morons

It's only cheap if you get what you ordered at the price you intended to pay. If they choose not to honour the price you eventually just get a refund after loads of ridiculous conflicting false promises and moronic emails

Carparts4leas which I am sure is the same company, told me a new part couldn't be replaced as it needed to go through the warranty claim process they said they didn't follow the consumer act, bunch of muppets. "Manager" finally told me they did and would arrange a refund.

Hey! You did well to communicate with a "Manager"! All my attempts to do so failed....
