Homebase Own Brand 1kg Granular Vegetable Plant Food 100% Animal Bi-product Free.

Ive been looking for a vegetarian and organic plant food for ages - this one seems to be the closest I'm going to get and at a good price - I think its discontinued. Instore only but found in both stores in Norwich so think it should be available in most stores.

Also had ericaceous plant food for same price - slow release.

They also had their ericaceous liquid food in the pinky bottle for 72p.

Hope this helps someone.

Its not just missing poo - it could be blood and bone products. Ok - not everyones choice but as a veggie I dont want to add 'animal' to the plants or soil.

ITs also organic (ok most will be) but this one states it.

Its also pretty cheap for 1kg of plant food so Id say all in all its a pretty good deal even if its not for you.

Yes you can try change evolution by turning an omnivore into a herbivore. good luck with that! Plants need poo and dead animals to survive. the same as humans do.
It's a good deal but the organic veggie overture winds me up. My p1ss on my tomato plants in the evening contains all the nutrients that it needs but unfortunately is an animal bi product

Regrettably you link doesn't work so I can't find any info on the deal

humans do not need dead animals to survive and there are many of us as healthy happy proof of that - I don't want blood fish and bonemeal added to my veggies so thanks for the deal.

No link as its instore only unfortunately - there is not page online about it - I did try to find one.

I agree to a point - animal bi-product can be still humane and acceptable to a veggie/organic garden. I wasnt trying to annoy anyone with the post. The only option I had before this was comfry or seaweed plant foods - both good but Im interested to see how this one does also.

Im not sure the neighbours would like to see me weeing on my plants lol.
