If anyone is after an accurate cheapie then this one comes highly recommended:
Omron MX2 Digital Automatic Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor MX2

It's been previously posted here at £14.70 but is currently £12.99.

Sorry for hijacking this thread.

"You can pick one up from here http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/webapp...catalogId=1008 Lloyds Pharmacy for £7.49 plus £3.95 postage so cold from me"

its like comparing a vauxhall to a bmw or sony to tehnika - you cant apply theories like that!

Absolutely agree - no use at all, and may falsely reassure you.

The british hypertension society publishes a list of clinically validated automatic blood pressure monitors. If you want one, purchase one of the devices listed on there.

Before anyone says anything i'm qualifying as a Dr in 5 months time, and not associated with BHS in any way (the hypertension society that is, not the shops!)
