Can't honour orders, but the so-and-so's can still manage to send me a plus-sized women's clothes catalogue!

Yeah just got mine, as well as emails. Straight to the bin.
Can't honour orders, but the so-and-so's can still manage to send me a plus-sized women's clothes catalogue!
Had mine cancelled too. My online bank statement has no mention of them taking anything, dunno if that's a good thing or not
Mine was cancelled as well although they didn't take any money out apparently. Will need to double check. Disappointed :(
That makes me think soundbomber........imagine the interest they could make from taking all of our money upfront on way over subscribed orders, knowing they wouldnt be able to honour them, keeping the money for a few days and then returning it (you know for a fact its going to take 4-5 working days).

The rate people try and buy Amiibo's, you could be talking about hundreds of thousands of pounds, accruing interest for even 3 days......thats a big earner.

Anyway, just a little theory that occured to me as to why a "company" would have such crappy ordering practice......I mean surely its got to cost them having to refund everyone? So how could that be viable from a business perspective if they arent making money out of it somehow.

I received a email - Your returned item has been received and the refund...
I have given my company address, so there is no possibility of return.
And they are going to refund £190, so end up paying £3.50 for nothing.
Avoid this store.
£265 now
this phone is so old its got grandchildren
Have some heat.
The best price you can achieve by paying the full amount is £193.50. You HAVE to pay for delivery as no alternative is offered and Williams make it explicitly clear that the 'new' customer discount only applies to lingerie and clothing.

Got it at work. Always been terrible.
Agreed. Toaster is very very slow. I thought I had a faulty toaster but it looks like it's the norm.

My kettle and toaster are red and looks lovely though.
Got the cyan one and matching kettle. Both have lasted well but agree the toaster is sooooo slow !!
Looks great, so hard to clean and toast takes longer than usual. Also definitely not well made.
superslow toaster.looks pretty though. not worth it.
