  I'm not sure about homefront but some physical copies are useless imo as you need to use the code to download the game from steam with the disk being completely useless.

  the single player is very linear, it's more of a training course for playing multi than anything else tbh.
  multi is good fun for < 3 quid though ;)

  I got the disk and it still had to download 7-8Gb so not worth the extra to be honest.
  
  Single player is ok, very linear and only 2 guns at a time and very minited ammo.

  Great deal, I paid £3.75 when it was on a Steam offer so for £2.81 its great. Great game too, quite a few glitches but nothing that will ruin it. Engaging story but only about 5 hours of gameplay to be gained from it.

  I enjoyed the SP, it's not anything spectacular, but the story is interesting enough to keep with it for the somewhat short campaign. Never played much of the MP, but it seems fairly decent from what I did play of it. For £2.81 it's well worth it.

  I rented this a while back. Was pretty fun, albeit a little generic. Gameplay-wise there's little separating it from any other shooter, but the plot was worth a play. I love games that immerse you in these kind of dystopian living-cutscenes. Reminded me a bit of Half Life.
  
  At this price I'll grab it in case I decide to give it another playthrough.

  Played the first mission, kept finding the FPS could drop to around 5 if I alt+tab out at all. Or if I left the steam overlay up for a prolonged period of time. This was in the menus as well. Yet when just playing normally, I hit a constant 60fps never dropping below. There will be fixes but you would think for a game that is over a year old they could have fixed problems like that by now.
