Well it would certainly brighten up those long journeys with the SatNav! You can also preview a few phrases for FREE, before you add it to your device by clicking the "go to deal" link. Phrases such as, "WooHoo, you have reached your destination, and you can hold your head up high because you are a genius". Not too sure about the price at the moment as I do not have TomTom Home installed on my Laptop. An absolute must for any Simpson's Fans!

Well its a new release, only been out a few days now (acc to my local rep)

Yup. It's £7.99 and its the only official release featuring Dan Castellaneta's voice.
The other ones are cheap imitations with sound-a-likes.

This one sounds pretty spot on.... but I can see it getting annoying quite soon.
A bit like my girlfriend shouting out directions.

I can't see the point of these voice packages. Surely the built-in voice which speaks every road name is far more useful when you're driving.
#6
Not a deal (but sounds funny) however Il stick with the computer voice as it can say so much more (as mentioned above)

Cold from me Im afraid as it isn't a deal.

It's a hot deal but you don't know the price?

You realise that doesn't work at all right?
#20
Aren't there loads of free voices through TomTom Home (the software you install on your PC) to download?
#21
A billion but they're all badly impersonated.
