I have been looking for a Sapphire Blue Honor 8 phone for a while and found the Official Huawei site to be the cheapest at the moment. It is £369.99 on Amazon but £319.90 direct from Huawei. It is honoured by Expansys but I ordered mine this morning and I have received confirmation of despatch already.
Use the drop down menu to see the Honor 8 deal and colours.

A friend of mine purchased one in that deal (which has made me buy one) but he told me that it only lasted just over a week until another dealer had sold his stock and the price went up again to £369.99. Incidentally, my fiend has already received the Nougat update (Android 7) on his phone. Thank you for your post.

yes. I bought this phone very recently and I paid 369 Amazon. that was the cheapest around at that time. it's an absolutely cracking phone, nothing to moan about at all. I love it to bits and phone updated to nougat immediately. I got it because it was cheaper than the Huawei p9 which I'd set my heart on for the camera.
this is a brilliant deal .do not hesitate imho. you will not be able to match the spec on this phone for a similar price.

I was speaking to the Huawei rep in CPW last week and he told me that the company is reducing prices in the US because they are desperate to break into the Apple dominated US market. I doubt that we will see similar price cuts here in Rip Off Britain.

Let's hope you are right, otherwise it will arrive with a 2 pin Euro charger. Good luck with the warranty on that as well.

Have some heat. Why don't you post the amazon.fr deal? It's cheaper still so should get toasty. :)

Not always the case. I've got a Chinese bought Huawei Mate 9, 128gb 6gig ram dual sim. I put the imei number in the Huawei UK site and it states its not covered by centres in the UK. Despite being recognised as an international version.

Yea, Huawei covering the P9 purchase in the UK in the whole EU. Funny description, though, International Warranty in the EU. Huawei Hungary Confirmed.

**UPDATE** My phone arrived this morning. Good service - Next Day Delivery from a UK seller!

Cracking phone, with a great camera, this is a much better deal than the used OP3T.

I have an Honor 8 and its the best phone I've ever owned. Very responsive, great cameras, dual SIM, nice screen, the list goes on! Oh, and it's a stunning phone too. Make sure you get a case for it though, as it is quite slippery with all that glass.

And the fingerprint sensor is incredibly fast. Programmable as well, so you can double press, long press, and single press it etc to open apps of your choice.

If anyone's considering this but not in a hurry, wait for the excellent P9 O2 offer to return - better phone overall for £90 lower: Huawei P9 £229.99 at O2 - only downside for some could be that it's a Refresh deal.

Even when not on offer, it's over £40 cheaper (than this Honor 8 deal) at £277.99: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/tariff/huawei/p9/?productId=073bae3f-cb9b-4a68-8932-7f17448f79bf&planId=&contractType=paymonthly

The only area the G5 beats the Honor 8 is the camera. The H8 still has a decent camera though. Battery life, feel in the hand, screen quality (I don't care if the G5 has a1440p screen the H8 is just better) and speed are all better on the H8. Don't buy a G5, you will be disappointed.

this! when I was looking at the honour 8 or the LG G5 I was advised 're camera that if you prefer wide angle shots then the latter is better, if macro then the former.

what makes the P9 a better overall phone than the Honor 8 ? Wrong!

If you're prepared to pay £90 extra for 1Gb extra ram & dual-SIM capability, but poorer SoC, poorer build quality (glass vs metal), more easily broken/less durable (glass vs metal) & poorer dual-camera implementation - then go for it.

I just checked and it was €354.99 which is roughly £311 so not really that much cheaper?

Been waiting for the Honor 8 to drop back to the old Amazon price for months :(
