For a tenna, it would be rude not to.

Nice, but says "In Stock (2-3 Day)" with postie strike I guess makes no difference!

Plus - Don't forget the Quidco! Think it's 1.5%

RRP £19.56... are you sure it is a genuine Hori Arcade or just a cheap generic copy?

Now I'm swayed away from buying but does look the same from the picture on their website. :?

First of all to anyone buying this, you don't need it, it's just a luxury....but without a shadow of a doubt it makes playing the game a less fiddly experience and really helps to give you an arcade feel.
I've one of these and whilst it doesn't have the build quality of the high end models it's great value for what you are paying. Easily worth a tenner, especially when you consider that it's less than a remote control for the ps3!!!

thanks. been looking to get one for ages

This is the cheap end hori stick, but they are very good, and make it massively more entertaining to play fighting games. This would be a decent bargain at £20, and if i didn'T already have an arcade stick, i would definitely buy one.

Just a word of warning though - streetfighter fans, they have spoiled the new game by including dual analog moves for several of the characters in SFIV, which means that you can't use an arcade stick to play some characters. Hopefully Tekken 6 won't make a similar mistake.
#24
Who has moves using both sticks? Nobody that I can think of!
I haven't got an email confirmation for my order, not a good omen :P

Not played my copy of SF for ageees.

I will dig this out once i get this in the post

Thanks !!

First stick I have ordered for this generation. Looking at the Namco (PS1), Virtua (Saturn), Dreamcast and X-Arcade sticks sat in a box I thought I could resist. £10 to improve SF4 that much can't be missed though.
#29
would i be able to use this with soul calibur on the ps3 ?
#30
Don't forget the voucher code for £3 off £30 if you order something else as well.

Just a thought - I'm right handed - is this ok? As the joystick is on the left of the buttons, surely wouldn't this more suit a Left handed person?

Or am I getting very confuesd as usual?

Yup. I have.

Not a bad stick this generally, I got mine for £16 about 2 years ago and it's been decent. If you're reasonably serious about fighting games though I'd probably consider the new MadCatz SF sticks which are about £40.
#34
top deal hot for me, wait for someone to say bought 20!!
#35
Just grabbed one, thanks for the post - does any one know if this works on a PC straight away or do I need an adaptor. Thanks

This is standard arcade layout. Not seen a right handed person have a problem with this. Seen a few lefties play cross handed though.

Now someone please find the Xbox 360 version for same price... :)

You know how on all joypads, the buttons are on the right side and the main analogue stick is on the left? That's how it's laid out.
#39
Wow, Payed £30 for this a few months ago and thought that was good.
#40
£39.99 now?
