let's say this twinkie represents all of the psycho kenetic energy in the New York area. According to this morning's sample it will be a twinkie, 35 feet long and weighing approximately 600 pounds.

That's a big twinkie.

Twinkies have not got a very good reputation in their native country, I'm not sure I would want to pay £7 for something that sells for less than £1.

But as this is the best price available for people that want them I guess it has be be a good deal.

99 cents for a box of ten?
That's a huge rip off at tesco with being about 7.50 :0.
Twinkies are over rated anyways, they taste like crap, and taste like the cheap vanilla cream swish rolls you used to be able to get (probably still can) for 15 - 35p.

OK, less than £2, I didn't mention $1.

Discounted at $2.99 which according to XE is £1.74, same point applies at £7.

How does it? They are imported. If they were made here then you'd have a point.

What difference does the cost in the US make if you live in the UK.

If you like them and want some, this is the best price at the moment. so thanks for posting.

The price (£7.49) is incorrect in the title. The description says it's £4.99.

This site has to be the biggest rip off when it comes to imported candy.Spend "only" £50 quid to get free delivery.I've been using candy hero for years now and in my opinion they are fantastic compared to these rip off merchants.

Ah my bad. Thanks for pointing that out.

Still, I think the title/description could be amended to reflect this and the spend over £50 for free delivery.

While it is the cheapest price, should that make it hot? What if they were £5 each and somewhere was selling them for £3 each. Whilst the cheapest price it would still be a rip off. If people want them that's up to them and I mean this for other items as well not just twinkies.

Reece's peanut butter cups are sold in the UK now, my village shop has them. Sainsbury's and Tesco's stock them too along the usual sweet isle. I see some Tesco's now have a USA section with other US 'favorites' so worth a look there.

I found that Tesco's, Sainsbury's and our local village shop are selling Reece's peanut cups for about the same as in the US, in fact I got some at Tescos yesterday for 69p for a 3 pack and I'm sure that's cheaper than typical USA price

Well at least two of those are at Poundland! I tried the Peanut Butter M&M's recently, they are strangely addictive but still can't work our if I like them - rest of the family were the same - we just kept eating them saying not sure then having another ! :)

They come in a box which in turn has a bag inside - our Poundland had a section of American import sweets there was also Jolly Ranchers whatever the heck those are! and Reece's Whoopers Peanut Butter Candy.

Take a look here for all the others http://www.poundland.co.uk/food-and-drink/sweets-and-snacks/sweets-and-mints

Lol it's a great price for something which costs 99c to buy in the states.

You could have someone buy one in the states, and ship it over yourself for less.

So what? Do you have any grasp of how much food is made abroad and shipped in and resold under "British" brand names?

Does that have an extortionate price tag? No.

This is a rip off.

This isn't sold under a British name is it? Neither will it be shipped in great quantities so you still don't have a point.

This is why they are a nation of fat bodies

They are not 99c, $2.50 in Walmart the other week when I was there, £1.50

What mad me laugh was the calorie content advice had 260 calories per serving, nearly spat it out when reading it and eating one, then realised their serving is two cakes, bonkers, no wonder they are all fat. Went to cicis pizza for a takeaway, two huge pastas and a medium pizza for £6.80. Golden coral all you can eat and drink buffet was £35 for 4 of us.
