It's a pity the designs aren't a little more gender neutral/less stereotyped, but I suppose there's not much one can expect for £2.

THIS TRULY IS HEALTH AND SAFETY GONE NOT JUST MAD BUT COMPLETE OF PLANET INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!! BUY THIS AND THEN JUST GIVE UP PRETTY PLEASE... ALTHOUGH I AM HAVING A BREAKDOWN BUT THIS INSIGNIFICANT RUBBISH IS WHAT DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh dear, there is always one! what have these got to do with "HEALTH AND SAFETY GONE NOT JUST MAD BUT COMPLETE OF PLANET INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!" If kids being seen when out riding a bike, or walking home on the school run is "INSANE", then bring on the insanity. Kids getting run over, when a simple £2 jacket could've saved a few lives is insanity! ! I've bought these for my girls so I can see them more easily when at the park, as until you've experienced that gut wrenching feeling that words cannot describe when you haven't seen them for more than 30 seconds, but spending £2 means you can spot them straight away - take me to the nut house now!
Just out of interest did you have a hse jacket on when you went too school???? are you alive??? because literally billions of people manage to survive without one

..and thousands have died or been injured because they weren't seen. In direct answer to your question, I'm 36, when I went to school there was no where near as many cars on the roads as there are today, and it doesn't even need to be dark to "not see a child". I have known of 3 children killed on the roads in my 36 years [in all 3 cases the driver was not drinkings nor speeding], I wonder if brighter clothing would have enabled the driver see them beforehand - we cant have a Sliding Doors scenario, so I can't answer my own question, but I do know it's just too sad.

It's a simple jacket, on offer at £2, that could allow a child to be seen. Does it affect your life? Maybe, actually, it has and would, if you've ever been driving in the dark (or even in the day for that matter), and a parent has had the foresight to ensure their child can be seen, it would not have crossed your mind, as you saw the child. Ask someone who may have hit a child and see what their thoughts are on this matter? I have a feeling you're against speed humps in residential areas too, and possibly speed cameras. We all moan, never thinking how many may have died or been severely injured. Until it touches your own life. Ask a Road Traffic Officer, or Road Incident Investigator what they think!

Turn your bitterness into positivity, as one day, god forbid, one of us could be that driver. We parents need to be responsible for our kids, and that means making sure they can be seen at night [and day] to protect them, and to protect the possible innocent driver who was simply going about their own business.

And children have needlessly died without them, why risk it?
Ordered, thank you
Great. Just ordered for my 2 year old for when we walk my older boy to school. No pavements here as we're very rural. All kids at the school are issued with them here, so definitely not health and safety gone mad! Most of us have survived our childhood without these, but there are lots of accidents involving children on the roads every year and maybe using these could have saved some of those lives.

The Jumperoo is only suitable from 6 months + up, or when baby is able to hold own head unsupported as it is upright and not a cushioned seat like the Chicco Hoopla Bouncer (_;)

If you've not used this before - E45 can irritate some people's skin. A lot of doctor's don't prescibe it for this reason.

Code won't work :-(
The code isn't relavent to the deal. I'm new to this site and I'm not sure why that's there tbh.

When a deal is posted, the most recent discount code posted in the vouchers section under that retailer is also attached to each deal thread. Some people who use the site don't know this and may possibly think that the deal creator has put that there.

Got this yesterday and I'm not impressed very painful as it pulls hair.I should have known better and will stick with my Wahl baldfader as it does a great job but obviously not cordless
Tested mine out I got cut a bit I'm not sure if its because i may have some raised skin follicles or i pushed too hard down.

I will try it again all over and maybe wet or with gel. It does cut close though.
I got the top price one £79.99 down to £53. Very, very happy partner. No rash, easy & quick shave. This one has adjustable heads for styling stubble etc.
Overall very impressed
i got one today and can honestly say it beats any electric shaver hands down, also its just as smooth as a wet shave, im well impressed.
Hi all.

By way of an update, mine arrived today.

I am very impressed with it.

I normally wet shave, only go down with the bristle, as I always get shaving rash.

Using this, going down, then up, I got a closer shave then wet, no rash, and was able to very tidily trim my beard. It is great for shaping.

Personally, I would describe it as a great jump forward in shaving technology.

I am looking forward to trying it wet with gel. I think it will be even better.

Why would anyone want to co sleep? Straight from hospital to the cot. At eight weeks he sleeps like a log only waking once at night and even then it is usually us who wakes him for a feed and change. Co sleeping is for parents who don't want to sleep at night.

Don't know whether you breast/bottle feed but the majority of breastfeeding mums I know (and me also) are up several times a night to feed, which lasts beyond the newborn stage. Co sleeping might not necessarily be something parents set out to do, but inevitably end up doing. Well done on having a good sleeper, however don't think it really provides any useful information on the ops post
My wife breast feeds him, he is 9 weeks old.. We agreed that there would be no co sleeping before he was born and we have stuck to it, it is as much as anything a health and safety issue as it is a sleep issue. Usually he only wakes up once a night, last night was unusual as he woke up twice. The thing is, you have to change him each time he wakes so there is no advantage to having him in the bed as you have to get up anyway. My wife co slept with her two daughters (from a previous marriage) and she never got any sleep. We don't let the other kids in the bedroom at all. As I said to the 6 year old. There are only two sorts of people in this bedroom, those under 18 months old and those who change nappies, you want to change this? She declined the offer of changing nappies. If the kids want to jump on beds at 6am they can jump on their own beds. When I am out of the bedroom they can hassle me, jump on me as much as they like, but the bedroom is our sanctuary at night and until we get up. That is my best parenting tip. Whenever you move them into their own rooms at 18 months never let them back into your bedroom.

BootsBoots is one of the most famous retail brands in the UK and has been trading since 1849. Nowadays, it maintains an empire of stores that spans the length and breadth of the country and includes more than 2,500 outlets. The company is a go-to brand for many medicines and cosmetics, with many locations featuring in-store pharmacies and opticians.

Boots operates the Advantage Card loyalty scheme. When they pay for Boots products, Advantage Card holders accumulate 4 points for every £1 they spend - these points can be spent on additional Boots products in the future. Shipping Options From boots.com

All deliveries from the Boots Online Store can be tracked using your personal account, if you have signed up for one. You will also receive an email when your item has arrived at your local store if you have chosen to collect it. If you do choose to collect, your item should be available by 12:00 the next day if you order it before 20:00 the night before.

Standard deliveries to any other location will arrive within 4 working days, or you can stipulate a “named day” up to 14 days in advance if it is more convenient. Orders placed before 19:00 can also be delivered the very next day (if the order is placed from Monday to Friday).

Delivery charges depend on the delivery option you chose: Standard (£3.50), named day (£3.95), next day (£4.75). However, delivery to Boots stores is free of charge on orders over £20 and home delivery is free on orders above £45.

Returning Items to Boots.com

Any unwanted or damaged items can be returned to Boots within 28 days of receipt and customers can receive either a refund or a replacement (not an exchange for a different product). All returned items need to be in their original packaging and unopened.

  1. If you need to return an item you have two options. Firstly, you can take it to a local Boots store. You should receive some paperwork with the item regarding returns. Fill out the required information and hand it to a member of staff at the store you picked it up from.
  2. If you have lost the return paperwork, another copy can be downloaded from their website.
  3. The second option is to send the product back via post. In this case, you need to complete the paperwork as above and attach the prepaid postage label included with your delivery.
  4. Take the package to your local Post Office and request proof of postage, and mail the package to the address on the prepaid label.
  5. Boots should receive and process your refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Boots will also send you an email when they receive the items, and you will be able to see if the return has been processed in the ‘returns history' section of your account.
