When top London cop, PC Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg), is reassigned to the quiet town of Sandford, he struggles with his seemingly crime-free world... and oafish partner Danny (Nick Frost).

When several grisly accidents rock the village, it's not long before Danny's dreams of explosive, high-octane, car-chasing, gunfighting, all-out action become reality!

one of the funniest films i've seen for a long time
Excellent film! I brought the 2 disc version earlier this year, paid more than £3!
one of the funniest films i've seen for a long time

you obviously aint watched many then, this film is pants
you obviously aint watched many then, this film is pants

hear hear, this fiilm is the biggest load of pants I have ever seen in my life, I was sitting in my mate house watchin it and couldnt wait for it to finish. one of the worst in the world, unfunny, bad story lines, stupid at points.

this is coming from someone whos favourite film of all time is airplane.
I love Airplane but not the sequel, that was extreme pants!
Not as funny as Shawn of the dead, but still funny film, worth the £3.
Good film, well worth £3
Problem Child, I'm loving the badge, Just need Premiership adding now
Great film..weird yet a good one to watch..
good deal
Each to their own I think. I enjoyed this film as it never took its self seriously and was not over the top, where others have done and have died a slow painfull death (or I did watching them). Well worth a few quid if you've not seen it. (IMHO)
not the greatest, but then again i can't help but feel people just compared it to Shaun of the Dead. Voted hot for £3....
Really bad unfunny film.
you obviously aint watched many then, this film is pants

what comedy films would you all recommend then? ...
I haven't seen too many comedies admittedly but I thought this film was good.
Really bad unfunny film.

Each to their own - but I found it hilarious in parts - worth £3 just for "yarp" and "narp?"
DAM got this for 5.49 just 2 days ago
rubbish deal
Good deal, but as posted previously, the film (in my opinion) was not all that it could have been - I think people (myself included) compared it to Shaun of the Dead and were disappointed with it because of that.

I haven't seen the latest Simon Pegg one (Run, Fat Boy, Run or something like that) so I don't know if that would suffer the same inenviable comparisions but would presume so.

All that said, £3 for the film can't be a bad thing, can it?:whistling:
Good price, hot from me!
Nice price, but not as funny as Shaun Of The Dead.
good post. might pick up one of these later for fathers day. thanks
Y A R R R R R P!!! - A modern classic - for £3 total Steal! Sweet..
Excellent funny film - especially for those of us who grew up in a rural community!

Leant my copy to a friend months ago and haven't seen it since - if you haven't seen it then at £3 it is little money well spent.
This film's funny and i've just ordered it, so thanks, but my favourite funny film has to be Spinal Tap.
Brill film. Wonderful detail in the extras. It's beyond me how someone couldn't enjoy this.
garbage. post-partridge piffle. how the fick these 2 idiots managed to get backing after that equally-though-not-quite-as-woeful zombie film, i'll never know. v good price, heat added...
Total rubbish, would feel aggrieved if I was given £3 to watch it
Don't forget the Quidco cashback I just got @ £
Good price, but this film is awful: waaaaay below the usual standards of Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright/Nick Frost.

If you haven't seen this already and are expecting it to be anywhere near as good as Spaced or Shaun of the Dead, be prepared for a big disappointment.
I'm a fan of spaced, didnt mind shaun of the dead and totally hated this. Usually what happens in most comedy writers careers. All the fresh ideas are used in their 'big break' TV show then dies a death when they progress.
thnx OP, ordered :)
Total rubbish, would feel aggrieved if I was given £3 to watch it

If you give me £3 I'll never ask you to watch it :prop:
awesome deal, awesome film
Ordered, Great Find.

The first time I watched this I thought it was a bit iffy but completely got it the second time. Sometimes with comedies I think it depends what mood you're in.
Is this now expired? i am getting £9.73 from the link
Ordered mine on the 11th and they still haven't sent it yet. Apparently they're on order from the supplier which I only found out after sending them an e-mail today.
