Average wholesale price for UK cheddar April 2016 was 2300 Euro per ton -about £1.74/Kg compared to 3800 Euros per ton in 2014 so aren't our supermarkets wonderful for passing these cost savings on!!!

Have you ever heard of inflation, rising wages and other costs? Not to mention pound becoming worthless now thanks to some old farts dreaming about rebuilding the empire.

Went in there yesterday and so much was discounted it was untrue.... The entire cheese section was more than half price off, and many many different discounts.

Think people need to learn the meaning of "Glitch" If they are priced at 50p and scan at 50p how is that a glitch?
The machine that prints off the price may have experienced a glitch (as in put it as 50p instead of £2) sort of like they are only counting the price of 1 burger instead of 4, like someone mentioned earlier! So if it's a back-end glitch, staff members and the tills won't really know about it.

Oh and the storage is pretty pathetic, even if you can expand it, minimum should be 8gb.
Such a shame, could've been really good but it just feels like a half hearted attempt, a quick cash grab by Sony.
Minimum at the very least should always be 16GB. 8GB's just too darn small for it and before you know it you'd be wishing for a bigger storage size.
VashTheStampede
i would have bought one, so i can play that uncharted game - but its not compatible. like with half the psp/psvita games.
Depends. If you hack it then then you could play PS1, PSP, PSV (email method) and retro emulators because using this just for streaming games is pretty pointless.

I agree on 16gb minimum, but I meant for this price, the very very least they could have put was 8gb... 1gb is truly pathetic.
If anyone is on the fence about this - do it! It's a fantastic device no longer in production. The PS4 remote play os a brilliant feature.
VashTheStampede
haven't even looked into hacking it. but thats because i haven't bought one.....theres no point in buying something to hack, that has the functionality i don't need, because i can do it elsewhere.
When I purchased the PSTV I already had my mind set on what I wanted to do with it - Hack it and play PS1/PSP games, well, mostly PSP games but PS1 titles are great too. Damn shame Sony didn't release this back then when PSP was still the handheld on the market and with a UMD disc drive but either way, the way it is it's fine for me and others. :)

Someone rate each one out of 10 and are they vegetarian.

They are vegetarian. I normally go for the Rasmalai and Gulab Jamun (spelt differently by the brand for some reason)

The Gulab Jam is VERY sweet, and has a really soft cake-like texture. Warm a piece up, and serve it with some ice cream - it is probably what heaven would taste like if it were a dessert. 9/10

The Rasmalai is another fav, its made using cream and the Royal brand normally use a thicker cream than you would find at most indian dessert shops. 9/10

Not a deal. This is standard price and has been for at least six months. Did drop to £6 for a few weeks in May but back up to £7 now.
It's not the standard price for 30. The standard price for 30 in Asda is £9. This deal is just going on a bit longer than last time most likely, as i've said, because of the football and the amount of sport on television.
Sorry Hank, took too fast of a glance at this. Thought it was the 24 pack which is £7. Never seen a 30 pack before. Extra 6 cans for the same price is good.

Aha, no worries :)

If you've got a Farmfoods shop near you, they do do two 18 can crates for £9 quid as well which is always handy. A **** to get home if you don't drive though !

it's interesting, people have been using coconut oil for hundreds of years and then all of a sudden it becomes the in thing in the west and we must use this new fangled cold pressed because
Its just a fad in the West & it'll pass to be replaced by the next 'super food'
Meanwhile the rest of the world will continue unaffected, probably pleased to have got their coconut oil back!

Not sure about it being a fad that will pass, might be more popular now but I've known about this and used it for more than 10 years, (not this specific product as I recently discovered it was not that healthy) I like the taste of coconut oil in food better than olive oil.

Obviously if new information comes in which says coconut oil is bad and the oil from an elephants nut sack is the next super oil than I'll probably switch as I've always been health conscious, thats just how life works, you learn more and you adapt. anyway this "fad" has been around long enough and will probably be as popular as "extra virgin pure 100% cold pressed by blonde FHM models olive oil" in a bit of time.
jespurrier
Whenever anybody is health conscious and attempts to share knowledge there are always cynical people waiting in the wings to criticise it. Probably to justify their own unhealthy existence..anyway, back to the oil, it may contain trans fats...not good, I've been buying this and will now switch!

I think you mean skeptical people. ;)

If you like to use it by all means however it's really not the miracle health substance most of the media/internet/gurus make it out to be.

are these good? anyone ?
I'd say don't get the one that's hotter than the normal one because it loses a bit of the tangyness. Frank's sauces aren't really about the heat, it's the sharp/sour flavour that's really great. I used to buy it in gallon bottles from Amazon. I really don't like the one with lime. I can see why they were selling it in B&M for 19p a bottle. I did buy loads but it's just not right.
Never seen them in b&m for 19p mind! Think it's lush on fish & chips
Probably because I got there first. I'm a maniac for the sauce. Food is just something there to put under hot sauce.

If you can find Sood's Louisiana Hot Sauce it's almost exactly the same as Frank's. B&M used to do it for 99p for 500ml and I bought 16 bottles. I squandered it at first then by the time I was down to the last one I looked at everyone with suspicion.

Sorry but bottle of JD 70cl regular price is £25 not everyone happy to spend that on one go and end up more drunk then they should be.

Why begs the question ...... Exactly how drunk should everybody be in your opinion?

;)
Spirits are not not meant to be drunk out of cans, classless.
barrel24
Sorry these cans are poor value you would be a lot better buying your jd and coke separate and making yourself. If you bought 1 70cl bottle and 5 1.75l bottles of coke (£19 approx total) you could make equivalent of 28 cans. Works out at about 67p a can rather than £1.25 per can in this deal. Yes hand for convenience but cold for price. (Not voted either way)
They're not bad value based on the purpose. A lot of people buy these for several conveniences - no washing up, not need to open a 2 litre bottle of pop if you only want a little etc but most importantly, these are portable. These cans are targeted at the moving market i.e. commuters, casual drinkers, picnic/festival goers etc. These sorts of people aren't necessarily going to carry around a litre of JD and another bottle of pop and cups!
They always sell at £1.25 in my local store including all the other JD variants plus Smirnoff versions and cocktails. Always get tempted to grab a couple for the journey home as they are right at the tills! Taste good after being shoved in freezer for couple hours. Just don't forget about them!! <3 Value is good especially if you can't trust yourself to not finish an entire bottle... (_;)
