Shopping at asda.com and George is simple. All customers on the online store need to register their details before they can make a purchase. Registered users also receive regular updates from the firm and can manage their orders, including checking whether they qualify for the Asda price guarantee.
If you are shopping for groceries, you will be asked to choose a delivery slot that suits your schedule, or a Click and Collect time. You can make the process faster by entering your last in-store barcode. Everything that you bought then will be added to your shopping kart, saving time on regular shops. The easiest way is to re-package your items and return them to a local Asda store. When re-packaging your items, follow the instructions on the delivery note and include that delivery note with your goods.
Stick the Returns Label from that delivery note onto the outside of the parcel. It can also be printed out if you have lost the note.
Take this package to the Click & Collect desk at your local Asda.
You can also return items to any Collect+ location across the UK. In this case, visit the Collect+ webpage to find your nearest Collect+ location and print out the returns label.
Now, simply stick the label to your package and take it to the Collect+ location.
