For any fans of Hotel Chocolat they are offering a mixture (pot luck what you get) of their chocs - at least 500g - for £7. I have just treated myself to a couple of packets!!!! :-) Whilst stocks last only! Go to their main site and then "products" and "end of season offers" on the drop down list as I can't attach a valid link direct to the site.

Yes...some may say they are over priced anyway...but to any Hotel Chocolat fan....they are heaven! :-)

Can anyone find this?
The link takes you to a corporate page with no mention of the end of season selection.

The voucher I received had (amonst others) the following T&C at the bottom:

* This discount does not apply to Hotel Chocolat Gift Vouchers, clearance items and special offers.

4. Only valid for online purchases of £15 and over
#15
The voucher says it's applied but it hasn't changed in the basket - the delivery charge is still showing. Is it because this box is a special offer?

Have you added £15 worth of stuff? As its free delivery over £15

I added 2 x 500g plus I added something which was £3.45 to make my order over £15 - maybe you need to order something else (which isn't clearance) with the bargain stuff to ensure free delivery. It worked for me anyway.
#17
Hotel Chocolat always send me free stuff to review so I guess it's only fair I finally buy something from them.
#18
I hope you all remembered to go through Quidco.:)

I love their end of season clearances. I've never been disappointed by the amount of chocolate I get. Although one time, I received a big bag of Turkish Delight. Thankfully, my brother was visiting at the time and he finished them off in no time.
#19
Excellent deal! Just ordered two packs!
#20
Voted hot as they are expensive but for 15 squid I can get about 3-4 kilos of dairy milk

Cheers

Does anyone know the likely "best before" date on these? These would be perfect for the birthday of a chocaholic I know - but I don't know if they'll keep until September! Otherwise i'll just eat 'em.

Thanks, I don't know what it was, it was charging me for delivery with the special offer box then and above it was the rest of the order with free delivery. I closed the page and started again and voila, worked a treat! Quidco tracked too.
I would never have ordered from them so think this is a win-win situation - I get discounted chocolate and they get extra custom. I just hope it's nice, I bought it for my mother's birthday along with some rocky road slabs, ginger chocs and dark choc slabs.
Chose 'delivery by' option (inc in free delivery) as her bday in 2 weeks time so curious as to when it will arrive. If it's early I'm not too bothered, it won't go to waste!
Thank you for letting me know.
P.S. Hope it's not turkish delight, it's yuck!!

I would suggest they won't last that long, but I chose the 'deliver by' option for the end of July so I'm hoping they won't send it out straight away. Might be worth a go, it's no extra to choose that option (still free delivery).

I know which I'd rather have, and it doesn't come from Cadbury's :p

Voted hot and ordered four boxes

Was going to get some but I really can't justify paying £15 to get free delivery for so little chocolate, no matter how good it is!

Hotel Chocolat - it's like Thorntons on crack. Amazing, amazing chocolate. If you're any kind of choco-holic, get this.

Just to let you know this is an online only deal as I visited the Norwich branch today! They were giving some rather scrummy chocs out for free (boozy raspberry or something) but none of these packs! So snap then up online as you won't find them in stores!
#31
Can you still use the 10% off code if you order through quidco?

They sure look delicious and are happy to give them a try :)

I think the trick here is to set the delivery date for all the items to the same date. The end of seasons chocs had a delivery by date later than the additional item I ordered - the delivery charge still showed. When you synchronized the del. dates the charge disappears!

...update...

my order arrived today, and consisted of:

5 packs of truffles, 65g per pack:
1x pack of 6 "drunken raspberry"
1x pack of 6 "vodka créme d'amande"
1x pack of 6 "dark champagne truffle"
1x pack of 6 "tiramisu"
1x pack of 6 "truffle selection"

2 mini slabs, 100g each:
1x "dark and white cherry fusion chocolate"
1x "dark cookie créme"

outer packaging nothing to write home about but each of the individual packs are in cellophane and could easily be given as an informal present. "best before" dates range from 12th - 21st august.

both boxes in my order contain the exact same selection.

yum!

My order came today and the box contained:

2 packs of Strawberries and Cream Truffles
1 Pack Amour (white chocolate praline)
1 Almond and Orange slab
1 Dark and Almonds slab
1 Fruit and Nut slab
1 Box of Macadamia Turtles

If they were bought in the shop they would have cost £23 so it is a great saving

Had exactly the same in my 2 boxes with BBE 01/08/08. Lovely choccies although would have been great if I had received 2 different selections (or at least one with a longer BBE). Now got to eat over 1kg of chocolate in next few weeks (hard work I know ;-) )

Just got mine by Royal Mail. Ordered 2 boxes as gifts- they contain: 3 packs of 6 chocs- amore hearts and caramel my heart, 2 blocks of choc- Milk and almonds and dark brazil nut and 140g of chilli and Almond canapes.Come in a plain brown box with silver tissue inside. BBE is 1st august. I think this is really good value- especially as I didn't read the free delivery voucher properly and only spent £14..when I e mailed them customer services really kindly refunded the del. charge. Well done them!
