Seen that this was reduced back to 2 loafs for £1 in my local Farmfoods.

Back to the cracking price, 2 for a £1, nice, however, I find the Farmfoods stock very variable, some days the bread is nice and soft with 6 days life, other times it's well past its best with only maybe 2 or 3 days life.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the deliveries at my local store.

Exactly my thoughts. Farm Foods bread always used to be fresh because they never stocked enough bread to meet demand, so they sold out in the afternoon, and the bread was fresh the following day. I think the problem now is that the bread from these national bakers is baked so far in advance that it is rarely fresh, but then it's no better when sold at a much higher price in other shops.

I`ve never had a problem with it. Why not just freeze half of it and put the other half in an old bread bag.

Always fresh from my local Farmfoods. A great price.

glad to hear it, was a bit annoyed when the price went up!

Without Farmfoods, most Supermarkets would put up their prices.
Use them or loose them.

Good price, just wish we didn't have the worlds smallest freezer so I could take advantage of it!
