Just saw these this morning in Morrisons. Strange little four packs of Morrisons brand medium free range eggs for 50p. That's the cheapest I've seen free range but can anyone find cheaper (than 12.5p per egg)?

I checked and couldn't see this posted before but feel free to let me know if it has.

A fella took a girl home one night and asked, "How do you like
your eggs in the morning." She replied, UNFERTILIZED!

Taste of free range is much better too. Go organic too if you can afford it (from local shops) The taste difference can be amazing!

I want some but no Morrisons closes to me :(

If you saw the state of my ex battery hens the day they arrived from the battery farm, and you saw how wonderful they look now, you wouldn't come out with comments like that.

I can only assume that you are misinformed!

There is SO much wrong with value eggs. At the very least they don't taste of much.

Good on Morrisons for this deal. If more people buy free range then more free range eggs will be farmed and price will drop.
#23
Doh! I bought free range eggs in Morrisons yesterday and there was no sign of these then - great deal if you can find them!
#24
oem lette the price dictate choice.

Yep, the blinded policeman is finding them all hilarious, as are the family who lost a son to a clear mental breakdown. Maybe you could try them on the murdered girlfriend's parents?

Humour is a valuable tool in dealing with grief, if you don't believe me do a google search.

afaik M&S do 10 mixed weight free range for £1.50 all the time

Oh 15 p an egg. Bit steep.

Suppose it's not just any old egg though, it's an M & S egg.

Glad to see you have avoided being judgemental - 'blinded' policeman - are you his doctor?
'Clear mental breakdown' - you're obviously a psychiatrist. 'Murdered girlfriend' - oh, you're just wrong.

Without appearing to justify or condemn any comments, humour in the face of adversity has always existed, good luck in your one person crusade to kill it.

Either

!/ Get a gf, or
2/ Eat more eggs.

Number two will be the best idea, costs you less money then getting a girlfriend :-D

Hotukdeals is funny, only here could a egg deal cause a debate / arguement about Raoul Motely :)

We once got eggs from a farm shop, and they have little chickens running about, but the eggs we got had stamps on them, and free range eggs dont have stamps. ??!!.

Those of you who keep on telling chicken jokes must think you're real comedihens!! :D

I'd consider buying a box, but I'd waste three of the eggs. You see, I'm french, and one egg is un oeuf.

Sorry - couldn't resist :-)
#34
will be grim...get your own hens and youll never understand why you bought eggs in a supermarket that are up to 28 days old

agreed....our hens were well looked after (from omlet) and must be the best looked after hens in the land....so docile and seemingly happy...eat all allowable scraps (eg no chicken/meat..lol!)

I think even farm shops have to stampa sell by date or similar.

I new someone who kept free range chickens on a commercial basis once - some of the eggs were the size of my fist with triple yolkers not uncommon.
