To be fair at least it is a movie, and the bbc I player I'm sure must have a "by using you agree to have a tv licence" warning somewhere. I also suspect many have one. It can't go into freebies due to this so I think its in the right category?
Either way I'm viewing it as a friendly heads up rather than a deal.
