Just reserved one. But can guarantee it will not be available when I go to collect. Currys / PC World are a massive group of tossers.

should be national if they say they have stock in the local store they should have if it hasnt been stolen or lost in warehouse, also put your phone number as the store will ring you if its not in stock (well thats what I used to do)

Complete waste of time....reserved and 'tried' to collect some of the hp 901 cartridges last week, got there and told there wasn't any there. Thing is it's still showing them as available to reserve!

Found one, thanks.

Although I'm waiting for the cancellation call

I've lost count on all the times I have heard customers arriving at Currys and their items are not there to collect (out of stock).

Either Curry's are running a 1990's stock control system or the staff are claiming the stock for themselves once they realised certain products are at silly discounted prices.

This happened to me on two occasions, I could tell the staff member was actually lying about my reserved item suddenly being out of stock. I kindly explained my theory to the assistant about staff members intercepting customers reservations, he quickly went pale.

I requested that the store manager phone Currys head office so I could make a formal complaint right there and then, and guest what?

...the manager suddenly found my reservation before making the phone call. (_;)

Great if you can get them, but I reserved a tablet last year and when I went to collect it, turns out they only had "2 left"... the display model and the box it came in. (>.<*)\ whoops!
