This looks rather nice, higher res than the Mini 9, larger keyboard, bit heavier, but 3 CMs wider. Hmm...

This has been posted about ten times before.
It is far too slow to be a player in the current netbook market.
#3
Ahh.. should have looked more carefully...

For not much more £'s, I'd rather the acer aspire with atom CPU.

This has to be the 1,000,000th time this has been posted.....every time it gets slated....

There's better netbooks....Why is this bad?

The battery only lasts 2 hours (7.5 on the samsung NC10)

It gets VERY HOT, in reviews people have mentioned you can't use on your lap because of heat...not good.

VIA processor...these are pathetic.....Get a celron processor and chop in to ten peices and put one peice in this, there you have it a VIA

These are renounded for motherboard failures

LINUX, most reviews are stating the version of linux installed is bad, the camera won't work without windows so you have to shell out another £50 for XP...don't even try VISTA, read the reviews on the other model on ebuyer with VIsta, that gets even worse reviews...

If you want a Cheap netbook, buy the Acer one...if you want the best netbook buy the Samsung NC10

How many naysayers here have actually used one? I have and would recommend it to anyone. Admittedly, the processor isn't very fast, but I do run Vista business edition with no issues. It's extremely well-built and looks far better than the other notebooks out there.

Wifi has a good range and the battery life is acceptable. At least my comments come from an actual user

Heat & rep from me

One thing I really didn't like was the left & right mouse buttons being either side of the pad - takes some getting used to

I've used one. As you say, they are slow, battery life? Acceptable to who?

Not the best built and not the best looking.

Ive bought this laptop ive been through a lot of netbooks but I cannot fault this one, yes i read all the reviews here about how bad the processor is but thats the 1 and only thing that is bad.

its screen is execllent ive had two 299 pounds( the sainsbury one, eepc) netbooks and one 199 which was acer(i think)and also 140pounds (one from maplin), this laptop blows them all out its looks as if its 399 people get suprised when i say i got it for 210, after 1gb memory upgrage.

ok i bought the linux one, linux is so terrible and poorly programmed that when you try to play a video in youtube it skips and cant keep up with the video. withthe 1 gb memory upgrade and xp install its better then perfect, you tube is as good as my 800 pound sony viao and other netbooks are so poor that you have to scroll to the right to see the rest of the web page or it cant show all the video in quicktime so it just cuts it off which was the reason for me to buy net book anyways hi res screen is really good not the poor res pic you see in other net books its 2008 not 1995 so why are the othe **** netbooks giving such poor screens.

its looks as its really well made ok its got a **** processer but does the things i want it to do. when i want to calculate enstien's theroy's i use my viao which gives a back ack after lugging it around so much, but this i can throw about leave in the car and go asda an not worry to much about it getting nicked its only 210, not a 800 viao.

if you are think about buying you wont be dissapointed dont take advice from some one whos just seen it on paper take it from someone whos got.

anyone knows when will ebuyer take the payment, after the order or before shipping?

Yes its slower but the build quality and screen beat every other netbook in existence.

Also available at OYYY with Vista Business for £461.78!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent netbook with the best built quality available. The processor is not an Atom, but is more than capable of web browsing, emails, music and video (by the way the screen resolution is better than any netbook out there) - just the tasks I need from it when I'm away from home or on holiday. Battery is average for a netbook and you can always buy a spare battery.

I have just ordered this with the additonal 2Gb option (£16.99), after waiting for the Lenovo ideapad S10 to come out (which it now has at £300). Other sites still have this for £250+, I've also seen it for £400+, so it's a great price for beautiful netbook.

The clincher for me was the higher quality display, as watching movies on holiday was high on my list. All other netbooks have a resolution of 1024 x 600, whereas this has 1280 x 768.
