Good deal. I always bought genuine HP cartridges but I was fed up of paying £20-£30 each time. I found these Compatible HP Cartridges and I can not fault them. You can't tell the difference between these and the genuine apart from it doesn't show the Ink levels on the PC but the cartridges are clear anyway. Also these cartridges are XL. I personally would give theses ago the money.

This post is for genuine, standard size cartridges so not sure what this comment is relating to.

Also voted cols as this is not the best price, even taking into account free postage. These are available for cheaper elsewhere.

Yeah in fairness amazon was just the first website I looked on and saw the price and bought them lol. I think it's still a good price for the product but like you say it's available cheaper elsewhere.

But I guess the main benefit of this is to highlight the low price to those who were looking lol.

Staples were doing recycling on old cartridges.Money off depended on how many genuine HP cartridges you had.
Don't know if this is still going but saved me £10 when i last bought.

Apologies. I read your comment in haste via android app on my phone and missed the fact that you had provided hyper-link to, and were commenting on an alternative to item in main listing.

I have this printer, it's stopped printing black but prints everything else. Anyone know how to fix that? The official solution is to do head cleaning which flushes out 20% of the blank ink each run but doesn't help anything.

I gave up buying official HP cartridges when they started ripping people off by changing the capacity of the XL cartridges (which used to cost about £70 for a complete set).

I would strongly urge people to look into buying a set of refillable cartridges. I bought a set last year for about £20 complete with bottles of ink. They last several times longer than HP cartridges and with the ink supplied will easily outlast the HP ones 10 or 20 times over, have had no issues with print quality and I am quite fussy.
