no Windows 7 upgrade on this one, although it's a good price. ppl don't seem to like amd single core sempron but in my experience it is allright for office work and web browsing.

The picture on website shows a webcam as well (unless its for illustration only ). And the description says that it has built-in bluetooth as well.

i have 6735s (not this version though), and it has webcam, bluetooth and memory card reader

i paid £350 for mine from ebuyer about 8months ago, and it has a much much better spec than this one. so this is a very average deal at the very best

Going for a single core processor is a waste of money considering how little extra a dual-core one is.

Personally, I'd stay away from HP if you are looking for a reliable laptop. I bought a HP Pavillion Entertainment laptop and its been nothing but a pain in the ****.

- unplugged from the power adaptor and the battery lasts 5-10 mins ... seriously, it's a joke
- write to HP Customer Services, promise to act, nothing happens
- write to HP CEO, promises to ensure someone acts, nothing happens other than Customers Services say they will be back in touch, 5-6 weeks later and still nothing

Do yourself a favour and avoid HP laptops. Why take the chance of paying top dollar for an inferior product? And non-existent customer service?

How old is it? Have you threatened to sue them? Threatened to go to the press? Got a watchdog involved (either from a PC magazine, the TV programme or from a newspaper)? All three of those tend to get results, writing letters tends to get you ignored these days.
