I have one of these; it is wireless - easy to set up and has a scanner too. It's an absolute bargain.

EDIT Sorry, I don't have one of these and it isn't wireless - that's why it is cheap.
I'll get my coat. I have a 4380 which is wireless and was about £20 more from Tesco Home a few weeks ago.

At this price its cheaper you just get another one when the ink runs out

Remanufactured cartridges have about 3-4x as much ink as the HP originals supplied with it.

you can get extra large cartridges in some places, or get empty ones of ebay. and there are a few sellers on ebay who will fill any cartridge (even the xl ones) up to the top for £5 delivered.

Bought one of these from Comet last week and paid £33.29 to pick up from store.Saw this price yesterday and went to store with my receipt. They refunded me the difference of £6.30.For the money this is a brilliant little printer.

I've just spotted the SX200 for £39.99 (£35.99 with voucher).

How does that compare with the HP, because I know the Epson inks off ebay are extremely cheap?

Edit

I've just compared the Specs off the Comet page and it seems like the Epson is the better printer and it's only £9 more. In the long run the Epson would be better value for money (as the inks are cheaper)

It says it`s the HP C4480 on the comet site.

Also when ordering to pick up at store can`t see where to enter the code.

There's a voucher box at the top of the Basket stage

Thanks, just ordered as I was about to consider buying a printer from Tesco.

PC world had this @ £36.99

Which rated this @ 57%

A good printer for regular home use. Not comparable to a HP C6380 or Canon MP620/630 but it is at a heck of a cheap price.
#20
I'll stick with Epson, much cheaper ink, cheaper in the long run.
#21
Good price for that and it get's good reviews...I would never go back to an epson, from previous experience they're not very reliable!
#22
comet price now showing @ £29.99:x

Not reliable, you've been unlucky then. I'm still using my Epson R200 after 4 years heavy use. It's only my 2nd Epson and my 2nd printer in total in 9 years!

Argos (instore/online) and others inc Comet (online or Collect in Store) are doing the Epson SX200 for £40 (or £36 with Comet using their coupon 10MFPRINT). Comet's the best deal as they're doing free shipping but my local Argos had loads of them and I bought 2 and shoved them up the loft for future use (took the ink out the box of course).

ASDA instore are doing the model below for less than £40 or online £39 @ Amazon www.amazon.co.uk/Epson-Stylus-SX100-All-Printer/dp/B001EHF91I/

SX200 has better scanning resolution, a card rader and is just a bit more solid really.

I like HP but I don't like the price of the ink. I just refilled my Epson for <£5. Carts (V5 and V6) are available around £1 a go on eBay (see this Seller and see what the Seller is selling -China based but UK shipped in 2-3 days). Been using those inks for months on end with no problems.

Go get some cheap ink! :p

Can you refill

Thanks - just ordered one for my son for uni.

Exactly. Mine cost 85p each.

Epson.

If the carts blow up your printer or fade in 2 days (or some other horror story) just bin them and the printer and it'll STILL be cheaper.

I treat my printers like socks. Always have 3 or 4 of the same ink use model and just bin them when they die. At these crazy low prices once you figure in the low cost ink it's a no-brainer.

No point in refilling 85p carts either unless you like messing about, have a lot of spare time, lots of patience and think you're saving the planet or like keeping those ink refill shops open.

Maybe you could elaborate and tell us which Epson and how much and where to get 85p cartridges.
