Pretty much as it says on the tin - HP DC7600 Desktop + 17Inch TFT; plus complimentary keyboard and mouse, of course.

It might be a re-furb and low-end spec, but it can't be that bad a price for a working PC and screen..

Great price for a nice bit of kit. We currently have the DC7700 in work and they are great. Have the DC7600 tower at home and can't fault it.

Good spec and a nice looking PC for a decent price

comes with xp pro license too:

I just got the dc7700 last week off ebay for £80 C2D 1.8. Great little media PC very quite so this is a very good deal. Having said that I also go the Del GX280 same spec as this for £40 delivered without the monitor!

Seems to be a lot of corporate PC on there at the moment

Decent deal, but don't worry if you don't get one. These sorts of PCs come up on my local Gumtree on a daily basis, often for half this price. Yours might be good, too.

Our last hardware refresh at work brought these in their hundreds, and most are still running a few years later. Power supplies and hard drives seemed to be the most common fault.

There's not much room for upgrade in them (no spare drive bays and only one memory slot if I remember rightly?), and they can be quite noisy. And initially I thought the price here was a little high, then I noticed its with a 17" screen, so that made it alot better.

That's down to the large amount of redundancies. Less staff = less hardware needed, so they sell it all off.

A lot of these dc7600's flying around are still under HP warranty (large companies normally take the best warranty package they can get). Some at my work have 1 to 1.5 years left. So instead of messing around with BigPockets if it fails, you can simply phone HP and they'll sort it free of charge. Replacement parts are normally sent out next day delivery.

If you buy one, check here for the current warranty status -

Nice little machines, I had a couple myself not too long ago.

Anyone know what motherboard this is running.

Anyone know what motherboard this is running.

No idea as they are often rebranded, so real M/B info will rarely show up.

Yeah I took one off you. :P Still much better than what's posted here though.

Yeah little room for upgrade but it can be maxed out to 4GB RAM (4 slots according to crucial memory).

We got these in the last upgrade roll out at work. Turns out there wasnt much difference between these and the Dells we were gonna get.

Trouble we have had has been the keyboard freezing which HP said there was no fix for other than unplugging and plugging them back in. So we have switched back to Dell.

Pretty good PC though
