Been looking for a cheap, resonable spec laptop for a while now (like everyone else I guess)...AMD A10 or not-ancient i5...however some of the machines that fall into that category that I have seen have awful narrow-viewing-angle-otherwise-it-looks-like-a-negative screens...I just couldn't buy one without seeing it in the flesh.

TN vs IPS
You gotta check. Either from reviews or as you say see it in the flesh. Specs often don't mention it.

There will always be instances were one device maybe faulty but looking at the reviews for this device suggests it should be withdrawn. Site after site, review after review compliments the design but highlights so many negatives. WiFi issues, BIOS problems, software glitches, lagging and sluggish performance. I was looking to purchasing one to replace my old Samsung but the reviews have certainly put me off.

I guess IPS might be a big ask for this price point then...Thanks for the reply

Hi guys,

Just to say that I got this laptop through work 2 weeks ago and it has been a positive experience. Overall good quality materials and good screen. I have done all updates for all drivers and softwares and not had a single hardware /software problem. I also read the bad reviews but so far, thank God, it's been great. Hope it works out if u get one. :)
