Very very slow laptop. Would seriously recommend that people spend the extra £10-30 on one of the various 'dual core' laptop deals that have been posted here recently!

Hmmm slight over reaction...

Needed a cheap laptop for the wife, had loads of Tesco vouchers so got her pretty much this identical laptop. For what she uses it for its perfect - browsing, office, few games etc etc

The only issue I have with it is they could have cheaply added an SD card reader!

Took an hour or so to remove all the crappy Compaq / HP bundled software

I have this laptop. Nothing slow about it. A lot faster than my girlfriends "Dual Core" Laptop that was posted on here. I Did upgrade to 4GB Ram tho. Could be why?....
