Bought this the first time it was on hukd. Must say that I am on this most of the time & my Nexus 10 has taken a back seat Plugged a 2 TB hard drive in & a mouse & Movies play flawlessly. The DTS sound is nice, No tinny sound. The IPS Screen means you can watch it from any angle & nice colour balance .. Full HD 1920x1080. Easy to move from room to room. May be £12 more than previous if CODE works, but well worth the money. Watch the You Tube link below to have a look at this slate.

£191.04 with potential 5.25% cashback with TCB.

True, as far as it goes; but you'll need to turn it off and back on unless you have an extension lead. It has no battery. Possibly the only Android tablet in existence that's mains only!
#4
It's not really a tablet if that's the case, PCs have been in monitor form factor for years.

Seen it £20 cheaper, but has to be restrained by a power lead, stupid idea, makes this redundant.

All you need is a basic ups weighing in at 10kg and you've got your portability ;)

Never known what to think about these but voting hot for price.

My Nexus works for about 3 hours, then takes 8 hours to charge & this runs on mains power so never needs charging. Boots up in 30 seconds & shuts down in 1 second. Does not need Rooting. Have Chromecast paired with it, not that it's needed. Have wireless mouse connected, No app needed for it to work. Can play any movie file the same as a media player. May not be for you, but I like it

Afraid not, Have tried a wired & wireless mouse & both work. If you purchase. Install this media player as it will play any movie file. The ANDROID "ARM"

It's the only one I have found to play all types of files + it has an Amp that can really turn up the volume & you have a lot of screen sizes, 16.9 / 4.3 / stretch / zoom & if your movie sound is not in sync you can speed it up or slow it down. You will need to get use to the player. When you play whatever. Once it's playing move your mouse & at the bottom of the screen you will see all the controls. Click on the movie symbol to change screen & click on speaker symbol to sync voice & turn up volume.

I was liking the deal but I opted to go for the acer da1-24 inch screen, a few options sounded better like hdmi and the bigger screen, shame I had to get it from Very as it was £189.99 a few weeks ago on amazon

I bought a couple of Sumvision Nano's from them & both unmounted the internal SD cards & there was no way to remount them so returned & they replaced them. They do try to fix whatever first though.

Ah cool.
I may just order from them instead then!
