Seems like a good price, wanted one of these a while back.

Leap Motion's revolutionary 3D motion control technology is now available embedded in the HP Leap Motion Keyboard. Leap Motion's technology translates your hand and fingers movements into 3D input, allowing you to more intuitively interact with your computer by moving your hands and fingers in the air. Setup is easy - just plug it into your PC, download the Leap Motion software, and launch Airspace, your home for Leap Motion apps. Play, create, and explore in a whole new way! In Airspace, the Leap Motion App store, you'll find a wide variety of specially designed free and paid apps for gaming, music, art creation, science, productivity and much more. Apps from the Airspace app store let you interact with your computer just by moving your hands through the air.

I bought this before and would not recommend it for its leap motion capabilities. The hand tracking is awful compared to a real leap motion and that makes it useful for very little other than as a party trick. All the practical uses of the leap motion are patchy at best with this. As a keyboard, it is good though as long as you always use the left hand side of the space bar.
