Although it has a via processor, I still think that this is a bargain - a great netbook from HP with an excellent screen, good RAM, HDD, and bluetooth !!

The description on the website says that it weighs 1.27 Kgs and that it has WSVGA screen but the specification does say that it weighs 1.19 Kgs and has a WXGA screen (which I think is correct).

This has received good reviews from what I've seen and I think it's the best looking of the netbook laptops. The mouse buttons for the touchpad are at the sides rather than below which looks to be quite irritating but apart from that I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I could for a second think of a single use for it that I can't use my current laptop for....

Also, I guess the price drop probably means that there'll be a replacement a comin' in the near future me think.

apart from processor as mention, this notebook rock - shame the processor let it down. was £350 when it was released!

Do they have a habbit of deleting all negative reviews? If so, that's attrocious.

This is being economical with the truth! What is important is what is not said. Every one likes a dream and a vision and to look forward to the future and forget the past so that's why we in the public always like to erase bad stuff.

If memory serves me correctly, the battery life is the real issue with the HP....

I've heard nothing but good things about the Samsung netbook then again I haven't read any reviews really just a few friends of friends have them and love them

I have no idea what dabs policy is with reviews but I have a feeling his username would be reason enough to delete the review.

Thanks for pointing out the issues and the lower prices elsewhere. No wonder it is getting cold in here

Personally, I wouldn't buy the one with a the slow Via processor but was tempted especially after looking at the lower prices elsewhere. But I think I will wait for the right netbook !!
