What makes your deal better? For less than £80 here you are getting a new processor, double thememory and an ssd rather than a hdd or am i completely missing something?

How is that much better?
This deal has an i5 with 8GB ram and a SSD, whereas yours is a Pentium 4405U with 4 GB ram and a mechanical HDD....?

much better cause the price is lower?? cause other than that my friend nothing is better especially not the full specs

Pentium vs i5, half the ram and mechanical drive rather than ssd. If the specs don't matter to you and you want the bigger screen then it's a better option, but if you want a more compact device and high specs then it's no comparison.

I should have made clear that my original purchase was for my 70 year old mother so a bigger screen and cheaper was ideal for her

I didn't vote hot on this deal but I felt compelled to vote cold on yours as it seems like am awful deal compared to this one.

It's cute that he's convinced himself it's a great deal though

this or the surface pro??

this or the surface pro??

This doesn't detach from the keyboard so it's never going to do the tablet trick as well as a surface device, but then back in it's favour, as good as the type cover is for the surface, it's just not quite like having a real sturdy laptop keyboard especially if you ever use it on your lap.

But as a tablet device the 3:2 aspect of a surface is much better than a 16:9 slab. I've got a Dell Venue 11 which does fully detach, but I rarely use it like that because 16:9 just isn't great as a portrait held tablet. Even the slight step to 16:10 is much better but with a 3:2 aspect the surface is perfect. Also this doesn't have the level of stylus support the surface has.

This is however a massive chunk cheaper than a surface even close to it in specs. I love the surface devices, and I do believe the build is worth the price premium, but with my own money I just wouldn't take the plunge when devices like this are available.

.hpx360 s150sa doesn't have normal HDD bay so you would be stuck with 128gb storage . get Johnlewis to match on s102na which has 1 tb HDD which also has HDD bay which would allow for further ssd upgrades later on in future. I have s102na and it's excellent in terms of battery and performance. people usually complain about heat or noisy cpu fans in HP devices, but I don't think this device has that problem.

s102na and s150sa are physically same chassis apart from HDD .
