This is a crazy price for a great printer - just look at the spec!
I have searched the Internet for a better price and have found it advertised for every price between about £50 and £110. The Apple store usual price is £60.
There is a £5 postage charge but that still makes it a great deal - if you buy 4 you dont have to pay the postage.
The Apple store claim this deal stops on 31st July.

Not true friend, I ordered one yesterday and it was dispatched yesterday - i am expecting delivery on monday or tuesday. My brother has one and his friend at work has bought about 10 of them!
#4
True or not, I'm only quoting what the Apple t&c's state :)
#5
Although T&C's state that, its possible that Apple is selling the printer for £25 (by error) :)
#6
Maybe thats what they intended, but there is nothing stopping you in the ordering process. Strangely they do ask you if you want to pay £19.95 or £59.95. I will post when it arrives to confirm that it worked for me.

If you order enough printers you can also qualify for the 10% voucher (TGGFWGHQLB) thats if you send over £235, which is I think 12 printers, that will also get you free delivery and will work out at £18 each

Yes I got the order confirmation and I've got confirmation that it has been dispatched. I have just checked shipment tracking and its with the courrier with an estimated delivery date of this monday.

I'm delighted - i've been thinking about a new printer for months.

My brother didn't order it himself (a bit of a computer-phobe) but his mate ordered it for him. He doesnt even have a computer, he just uses it with his digital camera memory card - he tells me that the photo prints are brilliant.

They had this on offer a couple of months ago and I bought it for £29 including their P&P. So its a usual offer rather than a mis-price. I just bought the printer, no other products from them.

I am SO pleased with it - it is an exceptional photo printer and had lots of advanced options so you can print exactly how you want to. It's been fine on ink as well. Easy to install - the background print manager is a bit memory hungry but I don't leave it running. Couldn't be happier personally - absolute bargain.
#15
Just ordered , decided to go for the £19.95 option instead of the £59.95 one though . :whistling:

Cheers OP , voted HOT

Don't forget Quidco 3% either

Hot or what? did you see Bluep's post - he got it for £30 a while ago and says its excellent.

How much are the ink cartridges though???
#21
They are the usual HP £12-15 or so from what I remember - haven't had to buy any yet! Obviously cost more if you buy from PC World rather than through a reputable internet seller.

I ordered this friday ready for uni and its already been dispatched. I would recommend getting the 339 Black and the 345 Colour replacement cartridges as they are higher capacity than the 338, 336 (Black) and 343 (Colour) ones. I have a printer at the moment that takes these and they last ages. I normaly manage to get twin packs off eBay for £20-25.
#23
Read a review of this printer and the only downside “it is more expensive to print text documents on this than most laser printers” well there’s a surprise:giggle: Ordered & voted HOT!

Note, Vista doesn't appear to be listed as compatible ..

many thanks, just ordered!

Thanks to OP. Ordered! Ideal for CD/DVD printing alone methinks
I presume the cartridges that come bundled with the printer are 'starters' i.e. less ink than the retail versions?

Yes it comes with the 2 necessary cartridegs but not the 3rd optional cartridge available for it (see the spec for cartridge options).
Also, I dont think they are the starter cartridges - my brother tells me he has printed loads of photos without any sign of the ink running out.
I have checked out the cartridge price and they are the usual HP prices of around £15.
Glad to see so many people have taken advantage of my post.
Happy printing!
Rob
