Previously posted I think and same comments apply:

HP inks are expensive! Initial cost of the printer is a secondary consideration.

All inks are expensive so as much as I agree, it's a bit like posting a hot deal on a car and commenting that petrol prices are expensive!

Im sure this is £60 in currys. So if they do pricematch and Extra 10% oiff will make it cheaper than £40!

I did it for epson 425 other day as they were doing for £119.99! Got it down to £42.99! Saving over £70+

Not so. With most Epsons (or even Canons) you can get good compatible inks at very low prices, eg £5 for the six inks in my Epson vs around £70 for originals. Doubt you'll get this sort of deal on HP as the heads are on the cartridges - possibly refills but not so cheap.

Wasn't aware of this. Thanks for pointing it out! However against the flow of things on here, I would never buy compatible cartridges as it voids the warranty and I believe the quality is never as good. Mono laser printers for all! :)

Bit of an update on this. You also get a free £20 voucher when you buy this printer.

Inks not that expensive think it was about £8 for a black and a full colour pack is about £18.

Definitely a bargain to be had here.

Free £20 voucher?! Where's that?!

Great value especially now Amazon and Play want nearly £60 for this model.

Not a bad deal on offer too if you want the additional cartridges and paper pack (10% discount when you buy the printer).

The £20 voucher was on the bottom of my receipt and could well be buying the next set of ink and then it'll be Amazon who want about £6 per colour.

Now to go and set the thing up and test it :)
