availability: Temporarily out of stock.
This item will be dispatched as soon as it arrives.

...or probably cancelled if they don't get any more stock :-(

+ 2% cashback with quidco.

I wouldn't worry about the out of stock bit.
When I've ordered something from them with this message, they've always come good. They will get stock in.

I think you can using the copy button ;-)

Cheap catridge refilling from places like CatridgeWorld or buy cheap refill kits from Lidl or Tesco

One of my friends has got one of these.
It's an excellent little machine, very good at this price.

...but...

The HP ink cartridges for it are expensive.
Actually, no, let me rephrase.

The HP ink cartridges for this model are *almost* as expensive
as the cartidges for HP standalone printers (without a scanner
built-in), but the ones for this model contain a fraction of the
amount of ink in them. It put me off getting one myself.

If you're going to be doing a lot of printing, go for a separate
printer. It'll end up costing a lot less in the long run.

It doesn't look like they are accepting any more orders now

The comment about availability is not there. There is no price on the site any more. It doesn't seem possible to add to the basket.

Just came across this site for the first time today, very nice :)

I managed to place my order on the 14th. I've just checked my order status and its set to 'awaiting stock'. My guess is that they had a heavy influx of orders, more than they expected, so they've just put orders on hold until they get more stock.

As this is a discontinued model, it could be a long wait sorry. :-(

A great printer all the same - I've got a previous version (1300 series) but current version is now 1600 series

These are good printers... But when a black and colour ink set cost almost the same as the printer (which comes with ink), it's almost as cheap to just go and buy the same printer. Basically paying for the ink and getting the printer free.

Would love a good Epson All-in-one deal... Cheap ink for Epson's :P

Argh, that sucks. Hopefully the wait isn't too long. Do you have a rough idea as to when this printer was released, and discontinued?

My order status has changed from "awaiting stock" to "order taken".

Bah! I missed it and could really do with this!...anyone know of something similar going for about the same price?
thanks
