Why don't people clearly state in the product title listing when an item is "refurbished"?

Hard Drive is 32GB, at a guess these have Windows 8.1 on them. If you want to go the Windows 10 route you may struggle to update it due to lack of space. It's possible but as with a lot of 32GB devices it may not always be straight forward. Hence why a lot of 32GB are being sold cheap at the moment.

For browsing, emails, social media, youtube etc this devices are perfect. Personally though I would go for a 64gb because of the upgrade and space issues.

No these are Win10 models but I have a Stream 14" which came with Win8 then I upgraded to Win10 easily enough via usb stick. Lots of youtube vids showing how to do this.

Yes, sorry it actually says Windows 10 in the title and I didn't see it. I wonder what version though as it's the same grief to go up to the anniversary edition.

Granted installing via USB may take away some of the issues but unless it's done on a clean machine you'll struggle. Once you have the latest Windows, the updates, MS Office and a few other minor programs you don't have a lot of space left.

Apps can be directed to microSD's if it has a slot but overtime you'll be shuffling data around and removing items due to lack of space.

Perhaps it's best to say if you are slightly techie then it's workable otherwise look for a 64GB version.
