MG used to mean something interesting. This is just another dull small hatch, but trading on the MG name. Really sad.

Some of the old 60s/70s MGs were fantastic if you didn't get a Friday afternoon job! Even the MG version of the Rover 75 was quite interesting, especially the 4.6l V8 versions!

Agree, the 75/ZT was a fantastic car, but arrived too late in the day to save MG Rover.
In fact I'd rather drive an 11 year old MG ZT £1-2k, the V8s are rather more though.
