Great phone. Only issue is signal is not great and cuts out a lot

Quite a big negative for a phone, I would say.

If this device was strapped to your leg and locked there would be uproar, unless you committed a reasonably serious crime. Because you pay to have this device suggests that you are happy to be tracked with everything this phone allows. You choose to take the tracking device everywhere with you. Freedom fail.

Sorted - I've replaced the receipt with a generic photo of the phone.

But I've seen your receipt and can confirm the price is accurate, as per your post :)

I have this phone: Under-rated brilliance. No problem with the signal at all. Bought the phone from HTC, 3 months ago. On a BT mobile contract.
£399 for this phone new is a bargain.

Got this on contract when it first came out.

Unl Mins, Unl txts & 6Gb £31 p/mth, on Vodafone.

3 network and EE far better in area I live but for the price I'm paying I can't complain.

Stunning Phone

A Bargain. Had this phone since August 2016. definitely one of the most underrated phones of 2016. According to youtuber Jerryrigeverything the most durable phone of 2016.

Always had HTC smartphones but plumped for a Galaxy S7 as it had a better screen but it still feels like I'm cheating on HTC!

I'm happy to be tracked, in fact I find it very useful. Just got back from a trip and every time I looked at my phone it had flight updates and boarding cards ready for me already.

I did exactly the same, but never looked back. My S7 is far superior to my last HTC one.

Not very durable as it's one of the only 2016 flagships that isn't waterproof. Mines dead as a doornail . Last time I buy a HTC. SD card constantly unmounted aswell .
#25
If that was the initial sale price HTC could've sold some phones, unfortunately it's a bit too late. New HTC's Ocean coming next week, so...

Lots of heat from me. Great phone that I've had since launch. Especially if you like your audio this thing is great. The dedicated dac and amp can produce some great sound and can drive most headphones

As this phone is clearly not for you. I have found a great alternative.

Fair point but does not just have to be passengers - any staff who work at the airport as well as airline crew and many others can also get into Dixons Travel and buy stuff from there so useful if you know someone who might be able to pick one up for you. They quite often have some great prices - and before anyone says so, no, it is not 'tax' or 'duty' free.

Quite happy on my HTC 10 thank you very much (Heads up, it is an android phone). Maybe if you had read the entire thread before posting you would have picked up on that one.....
