Some people seem to vote down every HTC Desire deal, yet nobody ever says why?

They must be from the iPhone warrior gang.

I already got an iPhone but I will admit this is a awesome phone and a great deal folks.

That's only £5 more than I pay for sim-only, hot.

It's probably because there was/is a £10 tariff on T-mobile (24month/£165 for phone)

I've just sent the T-mobile handset back because of the poor network.

This is a great deal though to be fair and if they had the Black handset on Orange right now i'd be snapping this up.
Black handset is due out later this month. :-D

Maybe because no deals have been better than the T-Mobile 2 year deal yet. £10 per month and £164 handset charge, 100 minutes + unlimited texts + 3GB internet + £40 cashback.

This deal is £415 after cashback, the one I mentioned is £364 after cashback, and this is the nearerst one to the original that I've seen so far.

Dunno, but this deal doesn't say how many minutes or texts so it's hard to vote it hot! Also, 500mb internet is pretty poor these days as more apps are internet hungry. I've fallen foul of 3's 1gb FUP on a few occasions.

Haven't voted either way yet.

plus one booster
Choose one of the following Flexible Boosters to include in your package:
Unlimited Texts; Unlimited Internet*; Unlimited Landline Talk; Unlimited T-Mobile Talk; Euro 5 Talk & Text; Europe & Australasia 5 Talk; USA & Canada 5 Talk

so I got unlimed landlines as well. All in all in was an excellent deal which none of the others have quite matched

It's 300minutes and 3000 texts

Is the 500mb just a guide? I was always led to believe that they weren't too strict as long as you don't go over the 500mb frequently?

Not exactly rocket science to click the link and it tells you

Price Line Rental Minutes Texts Duration
FREE £25 300 3000 18 Months

Tmobile are probably the best for internet too

Good deal for those who want the phone but don't have the money for the initial cost of the phone plus its only 18 months Hot from me

t-mobile is also the only signal I can get downstairs at home!

Obviously it depends on your usage...

If you want 100 mins/100 texts tmobile is better.

If you need 300 mins/300 text, then this deal is much better than the equivalent tmobile deal at £15 per month + £129 for phone - £35 cashback = £454

As for me I don't get Orange reception at home (No that is not a reason to vote cold!).

So for me, heat added, but it is dependant on your usage.
#15
Heat on this... all i do is text really, the internet usage is more than enough!! you would have to be streaming somthing everyday to use that amount!!!
#16
Good deal and voted hot for an 18 month contract. However I managed to get mine through T-Mobile. 300 Mins, 300 Texts, Ultd Internet for £15 per month on a 24month contract and only paid £20 for the handset. A grand total of £380 for 24 months. Whereas this deal costs a total of £415. I was an existing customer mind.

I wouldnt normally go for a 24 month contract, but with this phone I dont mind.
#17
I'm up for renewal with T-Mobile next week, Desire is definitely the handset for me so I'll see what they can offer. 100 min/txt is enough for me with the internet as well, would be nice if I can get the handset a bit cheaper.

cracking deal with a quality phone, quidco as well get in

The website says: Order today for delivery on 12th April. So no, it's not in stock.

I think that is because you have to order before 1pm for next day delivery, and tomorrow is the weekend so no delivery on a Sunday.

no 1 fan from Phones4 u ..:)

just got email from phones4u.My order will be despatched shortly.

I voted hot because I've been waiting for this sort of great deal to come out on any of what I consider to be the top 3 networks for coverage in my area: O2, voda, orange are fine in Manchester. T mobile and 3 are poor up north. £25 per month for 18 months is better than anything else offered by O2 or voda.

I actually called vodafone to see if they would match this deal and the guy on the phone just said "get back to us in 18months if it doesn't work out with orange"

lolz.
#29
Hot from me.
Would have ordered this if I hadn't already gone for the t-mobile £10x24 deal.
#30
only 300 mins?
#31
Thanks for this OP - i rang Orange to offer them the chance to at least match this offer but the guy said he doesn't know how they've managed it. The best they could offer me was £25 a month, 24 months and £49 for the handset - no brainer! :)
#32
How goods the phone? What do people like about it? My contracts due very tempted to get this, had an iphone doesnt do it for me tbh. Are there sufficient apps for the android system?
banned#33
My contract is due on the 3rd of June, do you think this will be the phone to get then or do ya reckon that there will be a next on the horizon?

Just curious if anyone would care to answer, cheers.

Best deal I have seen and 18 months obviously makes sense.

HOT :)

Wouldn't you if it was being sold by Phones4u...

You'll only get 30 sales calls a day until you buy 20 more contracts with insurance. :p

Worst trained sales staff of any company I've had dealings with so far... I should know... I've been through their training
#36
nice deal, but as orange have no signal at home, nay much use!
#37
Great deal, only concern is if the 500MB internet browsing is enough for *normal* use after seeing a previous T mobile deal?
banned#38
Is this phone 3G?
#39
I have got this phone on Vodafone, trust me its awesome. There may not be as many apps for android as there is for iphone but there also aren't as many obstacles to creating apps, thousands already and loads more every day.
#40
Good deal this - am tempted but would rather go with O2 or Vodafone.

Do Phones4u normally offer more network choices or will it just be Orange?
