The same 24month deal as is available at e2save only mobiles.co.uk also offer £50 from quidco a saving of a whole £4 over the deal from e2Save: http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/htc-desire-hd-25pm-t-mob-e2save/781556#comments

They are also offering the same minutes, texts and internet for £30 per month for 18months with the handset at 89.99 if you would prefer not to be in such a long contract.

Dont know why this is so cold considering its instock here and isnt at e2save anymore. I've just ordered.
#2
Me too. Fed up with my current provider, Orange, procrastinating.
#3
Thats HOT!

The e2save is £30 for the phone now. So this is a great improvement.

From the original post:

£25 * 24 months = £600
£30 * 18 months = £540 + 89.99 for the handset = ~£630

I think the longer contract is better value overall!

Some would rather pay £30 more and be out of contract after 18 months. After all, it's only another £1.67 per month difference (£30/18 = £1.6666666).

I already ordered the e2save deal @ 24 x £25. Topcashback has tracked ok @ £46

However, I'm hoping that T Mobile's 3G coverage improves when they merge 3G with Orange next year. I travel all over the South UK (Gloucs, Oxon, Beds, Cambs and everywhere south) on a daily basis and have been testing coverage with a PAYG T Mobile SIM. It's not a patch on O2 at the moment.

At the end of the day though, I wanted the phone for no money up front and this is a bit like Hire Purchase. Phone costs me £554 after cashback, spread over 24 easy payments of £25!

Does anyone know if/when you can reduce/downgrade the contract on this?

sorry got a few questions:

Is this exactly the same deal as e2save one?

I have got 5 weeks left of my current contract, if I get this phone today will they send me a new number? Could I then port my old (current) number over in about a month without any problems?
#7
there website isnt very helpful. doesnt tell me what the data limit is. anyone know?
#8
sorry - yet again another question.

If I do this order today what do I have to do regards quidco?

I have never used that before, does it take long to register?
#9
anyone got a phone number or email address?

Its exactly the same as the old e2save, as previously mentioned the phone is now £30 at e2save. I'm pretty sure you can port a number at any time as that is what i am going to do.

you have to register at quidco (doesnt take too long) first and then login at quidco and click through the link to go to mobiles.co.uk. you should then complete your order as normal. According to quidco the order will track within 1 day and pay within one month, these are of course averages.

Orange don't have it in stock and t-mob do.
#15
now Orange & T mobile share networks do the phones automatically share coverage or do you have to request it?

Plus if I buy off a 3rd party - like this deal- do I go through T mobile customer services or mobiles.co.uk?
#16
Just ordered, should arrive tommorow. will update then, cheers for the new link now e2save is out of stock and + £30 for the handset.

Mobiles.co.uk are part of the carphone warehouse and I know of people that have bought through them before without any problems.
#21
I ordered one this afternoon & it says it was despatched at 18.19.
#22
Looking forward to this, not had a smart phone before, any 'must-have' apps that I should download?
#23
Good price. Voted hot. Wish there was a decent 18-month deal around.
#24
anyone had trouble tracking this with Quidco?
Mine says its tracked at 1p!
#25
it'll probably track at 1p and then change to the proper amount once the cooling off period on the contract has ended.
#26
found the website / email comms very good, have had 4 or 5 emails so far with status updates
and a tracking number for delivery today.

Phoning them i gave up after half hour or so.

mine is here and awesome
#28
nice 1, do you have a temporary new number?

I havent ported my mumber over yet so hoping I have a new number with it.
#29
yeah you'll get a temporary number, it takes 2days to port another one to tmobile.

I also rang customer services to enquire about the internet allowance, the woman said it was 3gb, i asked her to double check and she said that there was a mistake and i wasn't on 3gb. she then changed my tariff to include the 3gb allowance which freed up my booster, which i then used for unlimited texts. many people in the e2save thread have had success as well so worth a try.

so for 25 pcm i get 600 minutes unlimited texts and 3gb internet allowance, I am very pleased
#30
cheers mate, I will try that, my phone is arriving today - did you just ring 150 on the phone?

Also, what is the booster - not familiar with that?
What are the options, other than unlimited texts?

T-Mobile seem to hate me. After much deliberating and contemplation, I tried to order this last night and received an email from Mobiles.co.uk this afternoon stating that T-Mobile had declined the application when they passed it on for credit checks. This happened around 18 months ago when my last previous contract was up for renewal and I was on the hunt for another deal. As expected when I checked my credit rating myself, it's flawless. Not surprising considering no-one else has ever had any problem taking my money.

According to the stories I've read on-line today, I've little to no chance of even getting a contact for help at T-Mobile and I'd resent going for the Orange deal and having to fork out a further £40 for the handset.

I've just emailed Mobiles.co.uk (after being on hold with them for around ten minutes when I tried calling) to see if they have any suggestions, but I won't hold my breath.

So very frustrating when someone actually doesn't want your business.

Could you let me know if they do the same for you because the unlimited texts booster is a real deal breaker for me and I don't want to pay the extre money for it :)

Thanks
